How to Pay and Top Up Various Needs Through myBCA

1. Log in to myBCA, select Paket Data menu

2. Select Sumber Dana Account

3. Enter your phone number, select internet plan, and clickLanjut

4. Check again the purchase you make. If it is correct, click Bayar

5. Enter PIN

6. Internet Plan purchase is successful

1. Log in to myBCA, select AIR menu

2. Select Sumber Dana and Wilayah

3. Enter the Customer ID and click Lanjut

4. Check the payment information shown on the screen. If it is correct, click Bayar

5. Enter PIN

6. Your water bill payment is successful

1. Log in to myBCA, select Pinjaman menu

2. Select Sumber Dana and Jenis Pinjaman

3. Enter the reference number and click Lanjut

4. Recheck the payment information. If it is correct, click Bayar

5. Enter PIN

6. Loan payment is successful

1. Log in to myBCA, select the Internet & TV Kabel menu

2. Select Sumber Dana and Jenis Internet & TV Kabel

3. Enter the Payment Numbers and click Lanjut

4. Recheck the payment information. If it is correct, click Bayar

5. Enter PIN

6. Internet & Cable TV payment is successful

1. Log in to myBCA and select the BPJS Kesehatan menu

2. Select Sumber Dana and Jenis BPJS

3. Enter the reference number and click Lanjut

4. Recheck the payment information. If it is correct, click Bayar

5. Enter PIN

6. BPJS payment is successful

1. Log in to myBCA, select the Asuransi menu

2. Select Sumber Dana and Tipe Asuransi

3. Enter the Policy number and click Lanjut

4. Recheck the payment information. If it is correct, click Bayar

5. Enter PIN

6. Insurance payment is successful

Game voucher purchase is only available on the Android and Desktop versions of myBCA

1. Log in to myBCA, select Voucher Game menu



2. Select the Voucher Game you want



3. Select Sumber Dana account



4. Select Paket and click Lanjut



5. Check transaction details. If it is correct, click Bayar



6. Enter PIN



7. Game voucher purchase is successful

1. Log in to myBCA, select the Telkom feature

   

2. Select Fund Source

   

3. Select Company Name

   

4. Enter the Area Code and Phone Number

   

5. Confirm the number and click “Bayar”. An admin fee of Rp2,500 applies.

   

6. Enter the PIN

   

7. Phone bill payment is successful

   

1. Log in to myBCA and then select the Pulsa feature

   

2. Select Fund Source

   

3. Enter the mobile phone number and select the top-up amount, then click “Lanjut”

   

4. Double check to confirm and then click “Bayar”. An admin fee of Rp2,000 applies.

   

5. Enter the PIN

   

6. Credit Purchase is Successful

   

1. Log in to myBCA, then select the Voucher Streaming feature

   

2. Select streaming voucher

   

3. Select Fund Source

   

4. Select “Paket” and then click “Lanjut”

   

5. Check to confirm and then click “Bayar”

   

6. Enter the PIN

   

7. The streaming voucher purchase is successful

   

Streaming Voucher purchase can only be made on the Android and Desktop versions of myBCA.

1. Log in to myBCA application
   

   

2. Select "Credit Card" from the ‘Bayar dan Isi Ulang’ menu
   

   

3. Choose the Bank Credit Card you owned (Currently, the option is only available for BCA Credit Cards. Credit Cards from other banks will be available soon)
   

   

4. Select Sumber Dana and insert Credit Card Number
   

   

5. Enter the payment amount according to the bill, then click Lanjut
   

   

6. Double-check the credit card bill data. If everything is correct, click Bayar
   

   

7. Enter myBCA PIN
   

   

8. The credit card bill payment is successful.
   

   

1. Login to myBCA, select Pascabayar menu in Bayar & Isi Ulang section
   
2. Select Sumber Dana Account and input phone number
   
3. Check transaction detail and click Bayar
   
4. Enter myBCA PIN
   
5. Postpaid bill payment successful
