How to Pay Virtual Account BCA through Other Banks
Virtual Account BCA payments can be made through BCA channels as well as through other bank channels, such as internet/mobile banking or ATMs.
- Open myBCA, select the “Transfer” menu
- Select the “Virtual Account” menu
- Enter the Virtual Account number and click “Sent”
- Review the transaction details and transfer amount and click “Continue”
- Confirm transaction details and click “Continue”
- Enter your myBCA PIN
- Transaction is successful
- Open BCA mobile, select the “m-Transfer” menu
- Select the “BCA Virtual Account” menu
- Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and click “Send”
- Confirm transaction details and transfer amount
- Enter your m-BCA PIN
- Transaction is successful
- Login to KlikBCA and select “Fund Transfer”
- Select “Transfer to BCA Virtual Account”
- Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and click “Continue”
- Enter the KeyBCA Appli 1 response and click “Send”
- Transaction is successful
- Login to KlikBCA Bisnis and select “Fund Transfer to BCA Virtual Account
- Enter the BCA Virtual Account number
- Check the transaction details and click “Save”
- Select “Authorize Fund Transfer Transaction”
- Select the BCA Virtual Account transaction that has been saved, click “Agree”
- Enter KeyBCA response and click “Send”
- Insert the ATM card and enter ATM BCA PIN
- Select “Cash Withdrawal/Other Transactions”
- Select “Other Transactions”
- Select “Transfer”
- Select “To BCA Virtual Account”
- Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and click “Correct”
- Check the transaction details and select “Yes”
- Transaction is successful
ATM BCA Using Other Bank Card
- Insert the ATM card and enter the PIN
- Select the “Transaksi Lainnya” menu
- Select the “Transfer” menu
- Select the “Ke Rek BCA Virtual Account” menu
- Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and select “Benar”
- Confirm transaction details and transfer amount
- Transaction completed
How to Pay Virtual Account BCA through Other Banks
Virtual Account BCA payments can be made through BCA channels as well as through other bank channels, such as internet/mobile banking or ATMs.
Internet or Mobile Banking of Other Banks
- Log in to other bank’s internet/mobile banking
- Select the “Transfer”menu
- Select “Bank Lain”
- Select “Layanan Transfer (BI Fast/Realtime Online/LLG/RTGS)”
- Select “Bank BCA”
- Enter the BCA Virtual Account as the beneficiary account number. For LLG or RTGS services, enter the company name in the Recipient Name field.
- Enter the payment amount (bill + admin fee (if any))
- Complete the transaction
- Insert ATM card and enter the PIN
- Choose the “Transfer”menu
- Select “Bank Lain“
- Choose Bank BCA (bank code 014)
- Enter the BCA Virtual Account as the beneficiary account number
- Enter the payment amount (jika fixed bill = bill amount + BCA admin fee (if any))
- Complete the transaction
Other Bank Branch Offices
- Join the line and fill out the transfer form
- In the beneficiary bank section, fill in Bank Central Asia (014), BCA Virtual Account number as the beneficiary account number, and specify the recipient’s name in the Recipient name section
- Provide the sender’s information
- Write the transfer amount (bill + admin fee (if any))
- Complete the transaction
Calculation of Virtual Account BCA Total Transfer Amount from Other Banks
The transfer amount for BCA Virtual Account from other banks can be calculated using the following formula:
Transfer Amount = Bill Amount + Admin Fee (if any)

If the bill amount is Rp100,000 and the admin fee is Rp1,750 the calculation is as follows:
Transfer Amount = Bill Amount + Admin Fee (if any)
IDR100,000 + IDR1,750
IDR101,750
Thus, the payment amount that needs to be entered is IDR101,750
If the payment amount entered does not include any admin fee, then the transaction will automatically fail.
