Runvestasi: Wealth-Life Balance is an event and competition on virtual running/walking and investing anywhere held by BCA as the organizer, in collaboration with GERAK as the supporting platform.

Runvestasi invites participants to make a positive behavioral transformation of their daily lifestyle, which are physical health through running and financial health through investment. These two aspects complement each other to create a balanced and sustainable life as well as to build good habits to achieve a better quality of life in the years to come.

General Mechanism

The Runvestasi event is open to the public, but to participate in the investment challenge, participants must be BCA customers and at least 17 years old.
Participants can complete the challenges listed on the Runvestasi page through the GERAK app, including: a run/walk challenge (Virtual Race) in the 42K or 10K categories, and an Investment Challenge through the myBCA app for a chance to win thousands of other attractive prizes.
The run/walk activity can be done indoors or outdoors using a GERAK tracker or synced with STRAVA, GARMIN, SUUNTO, COROS, or POLAR. For indoor activities, syncing is required.
Participants must select the type of Virtual Race they wish to participate in. The Runvestasi 10K leaderboard is separate from the Runvestasi 42K and has a different winning mechanism.
The race is multi-level, so activities can be completed periodically and will accumulate throughout the competition period.
The Investment Challenge program can be combined with special promotions for new investors and Free Mutual Fund Transaction Fees.

A. MEDAL COLLECTION

Participants in the 42K Runvestasi are challenged to complete a Virtual Race and an Investment Challenge to earn two medals that can be combined as a puzzle medal. The challenge details are as follows:

Activity: running/walking (indoor & outdoor).
Mileage: ≥42 km (minimal 3 km/submission).
Average pace: 5 - 15 minute/km.
Trust Score: minimal 80%
Tracker: GERAK or Sync with STRAVA/ GARMIN/ SUUNTO/ COROS/ POLAR (especially for indoor activities, it is mandatory to Sync).
Activity time & submission: 04.00 – 22.00 WIB.
Total elapsed time: maximal 3 hours/day.

2. Investment Challenge 42K

Receive the first medal first.
Participants must complete the Runvestasi webform.
Valid for purchases of IDR Mutual Fund products* through the Investment feature in myBCA by including the promo code: RUNVESTASI for transactions via the Mutual Funds menu or RUNGOAL for transactions via the Investment Goals menu.
All Mutual Fund Participation Units (according to the product name purchased) may only be sold/switched out after November 17, 2025. If there is a sale/switching out, participants are not eligible to receive the second Medal.
The program can be combined with special promotions for new investors and Free Mutual Fund Transaction Fees.

All Mutual Fund Participation Units (according to the product name purchased) may only be sold/switched out after November 17, 2025. If a sale/switching out occurs, participants will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw prize.
Coupons from Mutual Fund transactions will be updated on the GERAK leaderboard weekly from the start of registration and daily during the Virtual Race. If coupons have not been added as scheduled, please contact Halo BCA/GERAK.

How to check Leaderboard points on GERAK

Log in to the GERAK app.
Make sure you are registered for the Runvestasi 2025 event and have completed the Runvestasi web form.
Click the Runvestasi event banner in the Home Menu.
Information about your points earned and those of other participants will be displayed immediately. Tap Details to view your points history in more detail.

Terms & Conditions

Runvestasi 2025 is an event that can be participated by anyone and anywhere with the following Terms & Conditions:

To participate in Runvestasi 2025, all participants must first register through the GERAK app.
GERAK app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
After downloading the app, go to the Events page and register for the Runvestasi 2025 event, then select the Runvestasi 42K or Runvestasi 10K category.
Registration is open from August 22 to November 17, 2025.
Participants must complete the Runvestasi webform and have a Mutual Fund SID to participate in the Investment Challenge as a requirement to win prizes.
Investment transactions made using the promo code will be entered into the Investment Challenge.
Participants can use the tracker in GERAK app to record running/walking activities. Participants can also connect other fitness trackers such as Strava/Suunto/Garmin/Coros/Polar to the GERAK app. Sync is required for indoor use.
GERAK will automatically retrieve activity data from the connected app.
Participants cannot manually submit on the Event page in GERAK app if they use a tracker other than those mentioned above.
During the Virtual Race Period, the Leaderboard is UNOFFICIAL (temporary/not final). The Submission/Sports Activity Audit process is conducted by the system and the committee daily from November 18-24, 2025, and participants have the right to appeal by sending supporting data to the GERAK Auditor team from November 24-26, 2025. Investment Challenges will be verified by BCA. BCA will correct points if any discrepancies are found in the investment points.
Prizes will be delivered to the winners by the 2^nd week of December 2025, estimated to be delivered to the address registered in GERAK app, after being contacted and confirmed by GERAK Team. Mutual Fund Unit prizes will be delivered/credited by the 3^rd week of December 2025.
Prizes will be delivered directly to the winners free of charge.
Participants can also purchase a special edition Runvestasi 2025 jersey by ordering it on GERAK app.
Jerseys will be delivered three days before the virtual race begins if ordered before October 26, 2025 (pre-order period). Jerseys ordered after the pre-order period will be delivered 7 days after the virtual race ends. Jerseys will be delivered to the address registered in GERAK app. Please ensure the address you enter is correct and complete to ensure smooth delivery.

Other terms :

All decisions and results of the competition are the absolute discretion of the organizers (BCA & GERAK) and cannot be contested.
All participants in this activity are deemed to have agreed to the Terms & Conditions written above, as established by the organizers.
Runvestasi 2025 is an official BCA event.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or winner who, in the organizer's opinion, does not meet and/or violates the applicable terms and conditions.
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for other goods/products, or exchanged for cash or transferred.
All data, photos/videos, and captions submitted for this activity become the property of the organizer, and the organizer reserves the right to use them for the benefit of this program, including but not limited to advertising, printed and digital promotional materials, and so on.

How do I submit my running/walking activity results?

Participants can use the tracker feature in the GERAK app to record their running/walking activities.

Can participants submit their running/walking activity results using Strava, Garmin, Suunto, and other apps?

Yes. Make sure these apps are connected to the GERAK app.

Can participants submit their running/walking activity results periodically, and they don't need to complete them in one day/activity?

Yes, participants can participate in activities periodically during the race period, which is November 2-17, 2025. Activities performed before or after the race period are not valid.

What if my running/walking pace is not between 7-25 minutes/km (Regular) or 5-15 minutes/km (Pro)?

The system will automatically consider your activity non-compliant with the 2025 Runvestasi Event Regulations, and the data will not be submitted to the Leaderboard.

Can I complete my running/walking activity on a treadmill?

No, you must complete your running/walking activity on an outdoor or indoor track.

Can participants win prizes at the Runvestasi 2025 event?

All participants who successfully complete each challenge in each category will have the opportunity to win various attractive prizes according to the applicable terms and conditions.

What if participants experience technical or non-technical issues during the activity period?

Is the Investment Challenge mandatory for all participants?

Participants must participate in the investment challenge to have a chance to win prizes in each category.

Do all investment challenges have to be completed via the myBCA app?

Transactions can be made through active APERD (Mutual Fund Selling Agent) branches or through the Investment feature in the myBCA app.

How do participants obtain coupons for the Runvestasi 10K?

Coupons can be obtained by completing the Virtual Race and Investment Challenges according to the terms and conditions of the Runvestasi 10K category

What is the function of the coupons obtained from the Runvestasi 10K?

Participants can participate in the Lucky Draw. The higher the coupons obtained, the greater their chance of winning the Lucky Draw prizes.

When will the Runvestasi 10K Investment Challenge coupons be updated in the GERAK app?

Coupons from Mutual Fund transactions will be updated on the GERAK leaderboard weekly from the start of registration and daily during the virtual race. If points have not been added according to the specified schedule, participants can contact Halo BCA / GERAK.

Example: A customer makes an investment purchase transaction on September 10, 2025, and has not received the coupon by September 14, 2025. The customer can check the coupon again on September 21, 2025. If they still haven't received it, they can contact Halo BCA.

Can the Investment Challenge Runvestasi 10K coupons collected during the event period be reduced?

If any discrepancies or violations of the terms and conditions are found, BCA reserves the right to reduce the coupons received by customers. The final coupons received by customers will be announced on November 24, 2025.

If there is a discrepancy in the 10K Investment Challenge Runvestasi coupon, do participants have the right to file a complaint?

Participants have the right to appeal if there is a discrepancy in the Leaderboard they should receive, within a maximum of three business days after the final Leaderboard is announced (November 24-26, 2025).

If I make multiple transactions, can they be accumulated to claim multiple coupons on the Runvestasi 10K?

Yes, with a minimum purchase of IDR 200,000 per transaction.

Can the Investment Challenge program be combined with ongoing marketing programs? How does this work?

Yes. The program is combined with the New Investor Promo and the Free Mutual Fund Transaction Fee.

Example: Customers make a mutual fund purchase transaction during the investment challenge program period with a nominal value of IDR 1,000,111 and use the promo code RUNVESTASI/RUNGOAL according to the terms and conditions applicable to each program, then the customer is entitled to a 5% cashback from the new investor program and is entitled to 250 Runvestasi 10K coupons.

Is every participant required to have a SID?

A SID is used for investment transactions, so it is required to participate in the Runvestasi 42K and Runvestasi 10K investment challenges.

When will the Lucky Draw, Medal Collection, and Top Runner winners be announced?

Winners will be announced simultaneously, estimated to be the first week of December 2025.

Are Lucky Draw prizes taxable to customers?

Prize tax is not charged to customers.

How do I collect medals and how do I get the second medal in the Runvestasi 42K?

Reach the Top 1,000 on the Runvestasi 42K leaderboard (with the furthest kilometers) to get the first medal and purchase a minimum of IDR 200,000 in mutual funds to get the second medal.

For the Virtual Race Video Challenge, can participants submit more than one video on the same day?

No, participants can only submit one video per day. Participants can submit videos on other days until the Virtual Race period ends

If a participant has posted a video but forgot to upload the video link to the GERAK app, can they still earn coupons?

No, participants must post the video and upload the video link to the GERAK app.
