Safe and Fair Workplaces
BCA is committed to creating a healthy, safe, and respectful work environment. We reject all forms of discrimination, violence, and sexual and non-sexual harassment. This commitment is realized through the Respectful Workplace Policy (RWP), which refers to national and international human rights standards. All employees also undergo mandatory training and have access to a whistleblowing system.
