Referring to the distribution of BRI Gebyar Dana Likuid, BRI Gebyar Indonesia II, and BRI Mawar Konsumer 10 Kelas A mutual fund in BCA managed by PT BRI Manajemen Investasi (“BRIMI”) as the Investment Manager, we would like to inform the following matters:
- BRIMI, PT BNI Asset Management (“BNIAM”), and PT PNM Investment Management (“PNMIM”) have merged into PT Danareksa Investment Management Indonesia (“DIMI”) (formerly known as PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi or “MMI”) as the surviving entity (“Merger”). The Merger is effective as of 1st October 2026 (“Merger Effective Date”).
- As a result of the Merger, effective as of the Merger Effective Date, all assets and liabilities, as well as the rights and obligations of BRIMI, BNIAM, and PNMIM including the processing of personal data have been transferred by operation of law to DIMI.
