Effective October 23, 2026, the official email address for BCA Credit Card notifications and information will change.
The email address will change from kartukreditbca@klikbca.com to kartukreditbca@bca.co.id.
This change applies to BCA Credit Card notifications and information, including:
- BCA Credit Card transaction notifications
- BCA Credit Card e-statement notifications
- BCA Credit Card payment notifications
- BCA Credit Card delivery notifications
- BCA installment plan registration notifications
- New and supplementary credit card application notifications
- Data change notifications
- BCA Credit Card fraud alert notifications
- Other BCA Credit Card information notifications
Customers are also advised to remain vigilant against various fraud schemes carried out in the name of BCA. Never disclose confidential banking information, such as card numbers, PINs, CVV/CVC codes, card expiration dates, or OTPs to anyone through any channel, including email.
