Referring to the information from PT BNP Paribas Asset Management (hereinafter referred to as “BNP Paribas”) as the Investment Manager which managed mutual funds, we would like to inform the following matters:

1. There is a plan to change the Custodian Bank of Mutual Fund managed by BNP Paribas as follows:

2. The Custodian Bank replacement plan for Mutual Fund managed by BNP Paribas will be notified to the Financial Services Authority (hereinafter referred to as "OJK") and implemented after BNP Paribas receives approval/no objection response/other equivalent response from OJK.
3. Referring to point 1 above, the replacement of Custodian Bank for Mutual Fund managed by BNP Paribas does not affect your ownership of BNP Paribas Mutual Fund nor the transaction process for BNP Paribas Mutual Fund as previously carried out at BCA as APERD. You may continue to conduct BNP Paribas Mutual Fund transactions through the Investment feature on myBCA application or through the nearest BCA branch office that provides Mutual Fund transaction services.
4. Further information regarding the implementation of Custodian Bank replacement for Mutual Fund managed by BNP Paribas will be communicated to you through the official communication channel of BCA, once BCA has received confirmation and further information from BNP Paribas.
