We would like to thank you for trusting PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as “BCA”) as the Mutual Fund Selling Agent (hereinafter referred to as “APERD”).

Referring to the letter from PT BRI Manajemen Investasi (hereinafter referred to as “BRI-MI”), as the Investment Manager which manages BRI Gebyar Dana Likuid, BRI Gebyar Indonesia II, and BRI Mawar Konsumer 10 Kelas A Mutual Funds (hereinafter referred to as the “Mutual Funds”), we would like to inform the following matters:

1. BRI-MI has informed BCA, as APERD, regarding the merger plan of BRI-MI, PT BNI Asset Management, and PT PNM Investment Management into PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (hereinafter referred to as the “Investment Management Companies”) (hereinafter the merger plan of the Investment Management Companies is referred to as the “Merger”), whereby following the implementation of the Merger, PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi will become the surviving entity;
2. The estimated effective date and implementation date of the Merger will be after approvals from all shareholder of the Investment Management Companies have been obtained, the Deed of Merger has been signed, and approval and/or receipt of notification from the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the implementation of the Merger and/or amendments to the articles of association of PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi in connection with the Merger has been issued, namely on 1 October 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”);
3. As a result of the Merger, as of the Effective Date, all rights and obligations of BRI-MI as the Investment Manager managing the Mutual Funds, including personal data and its processing, will be transferred by operation of law and continued by PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (or another name, should there be any change to the name of PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi) as the surviving entity.
