Dear BCA Customers,

To enhance the convenience and ease of transactions, starting September 16, 2026, the Widget and NumPad features will be available in myBCA.

With the Widget feature in myBCA, accessing favorite or frequently used features becomes easier. This feature enables quick access to several myBCA features, such as QRIS, Transfer, Pay & Top Up, Cardless, and other features directly from the widget on the device.

The Widget in myBCA can also be customized, for example, by selecting which features to display and arranging their order. The widget interface is available in light mode and dark mode, which adapt to the device’s “Appearance” settings.

In addition, transactions in myBCA are now even more convenient with the NumPad* feature. When making transactions in Rupiah**, an additional “000” button is available as a shortcut for entering the transaction amount.

Note:

*For transactions in foreign currencies, the “000” button is replaced with the period (.) button to support the entry of decimal numbers for certain currencies.
