In order to improve services for BCA customers who wish to access data and monitor transaction activity as merchants, effective September 11, 2026, BCA will introduce the Merchant Management and Business Dashboard – Merchant services on Ocean by BCA.

For your information:

• Merchant Management is an Ocean by BCA service that allows customers to monitor transactions and manage their merchants.
• Business Dashboard – Merchant is a service on Ocean by BCA that allows BCA merchant customers to monitor and manage their financial information and access transaction data, including visual representations such as charts.
• Access settings for Merchant Management and Business Dashboard services for a merchant can be configured by a sysadmin on Ocean by BCA.

In light of the above, all information related to transactions by customers acting as BCA merchants will be automatically linked and accessible through the Merchant Management and Merchant Dashboard services on Ocean by BCA.

We would also like to note that the implementation of the new Merchant Management and Business Dashboard on Ocean by BCA does not alter the existing partnership between BCA and its merchants.
