You can now apply for a BCA EDC directly at selected BCA Branches.
Once all required documents have been submitted and your application has been approved by BCA, your EDC machine will be activated immediately and ready to accept business transactions.

Terms and Conditions for Applying for a BCA EDC at a BCA Branch
For Individual Customers Completed application form Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) for Indonesian citizens Passport and KITAS/KITAP for foreign nationals Tax Identification Number (NPWP), if available Business Identification Number (NIB) Company Registration Certificate (TDP) for applicants who do not yet have an NIB Business License issued by the relevant authority Professional License issued by the relevant government agency or professional association (for professionals such as doctors, accountants, etc.) Settlement Account Authorization Letter and Declaration (if the settlement account is not under the applicant's name) Other supporting documents required for the selected payment acceptance solution, in accordance with the applicable requirements [Accordion 2] For Business Entity Customers Completed application form Identification of the largest shareholder (if applicable), as follows: Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) for Indonesian individual shareholders Passport and KITAS/KITAP/e-KTP for foreign individual shareholders Tax Identification Number (NPWP) for business entities For foreign individual shareholders who do not reside in Indonesia, the KITAS/KITAP/e-KTP may be replaced with a reference letter issued by a government authority Supporting documents required for the selected payment acceptance solution Other documents required for opening the current or savings account used as the settlement account for the business entity Settlement Account Authorization Letter and Declaration (if the settlement account is not under the applicant's name) Other supporting documents required for the selected payment acceptance solution, in accordance with the applicable requirements
