Good news for BCA customers,

Effective July 17, 2026, fund transfers using Poket Valas as the funding source can be processed at BCA branches.

Furthermore, effective July 29, 2026, Outward Remittance (OR) transactions using Poket Valas as the funding source can also be processed at BCA branches.

The availability of these two services offers more options for utilizing your Poket Valas balance according to your needs.

Here is an explanation of the OR and fund transfer services using Poket Valas as the funding source at BCA branches.

Poket Valas Fund Transfer Service

Customers can perform Poket Valas fund transfers through BCA branches. This service allows customers to transfer funds from Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to foreign currencies, transfer funds from Poket Valas to a BCA account, from a BCA account to Poket Valas, or between Poket Valas accounts.

Poket Valas Outward Remittance Service

Previously, Outward Remittance (OR) transactions, or the transfer of foreign currency using funds from the Foreign Currency Pocket, could already be conducted via myBCA.

Now, there are more transaction options available. Customers can also perform Outward Remittance transactions using funds from the Foreign Currency Pocket at BCA branches.

Through the Poket Valas OR service, customers can send funds to other banks, both domestically and internationally, using the same foreign currency (1:1) in accordance with the 18 currencies available on Poket Valas* at various BCA branches.

With the introduction of the Poket Valas Fund Transfer and Outward Remittance services at BCA branches, managing funds in foreign currencies has become even more flexible to meet customer needs.
