Good news for all BCA Customers. 

Previously available in Indonesian and English, Mandarin is now available as a language option at ATM BCA, providing an even more convenient transaction experience. 

Customers can now select Mandarin when conducting transactions at ATM BCA. To use this feature, simply insert your card into a BCA ATM that supports the feature, then select Mandarin on the language selection screen before proceeding with your transaction. 

Services currently available in Mandarin include Cash Withdrawal, Balance Inquiry, and PIN Change. This feature is available for transactions using Paspor BCA Cards, BCA Prioritas Cards, BCA Solitaire Cards, TabunganKu Cards, and SimPel Cards. 

Currently, the Mandarin language option is available on a limited basis at ATM BCA located at KCP Morowali, Jalan Trans Sulawesi, Keurea Village, Bahodopi Subdistrict, Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. 

BCA will continue to enhance its services to deliver an increasingly easy and convenient transaction experience that better meets Customers' needs.
