  ¹⁾ Advising Through LC/SKBDN or Advising Through Amendment LC/SKBDN with BCA as First Advising Bank still refers to the pricing currently in effect.
  ²⁾ Fee will be charged per telex/SWIFT item sent by BCA for LC/SKBDN Ekspor authentication received by mail.
  ³⁾ LC/SKBDN and Documentary Collection Negotiation/Discounting commission with negotiation/discounting special condition facility and clean still refers to the pricing currently in effect.
