- The width of the road in front of the house is at least 4 meters;
- The distance between the house and the nearest traditional market is more than 1 km;
- All structural components of the building, including walls, floors, and roof coverings, must be made of non-combustible materials. Materials such as wood, shingles, straw, or other combustible materials are not permitted as part of the main structure or building coverings.
