Dear BCA Customer,
To provide a more optimal transaction experience in the BCA mobile app, effective August 20, 2025, the minimum operating system (OS) requirement for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) will be updated to iOS version 15.
With this change, customers using devices with iOS version 14 and lower will be unable to access the BCA mobile app
To ensure continued access to BCA mobile features and services, we strongly encourage you to update your device to iOS version 15 or later as soon as possible.
