QRIS Transaction Disbursement 5 Times a Day

Dear BCA Business Partners,

All BCA merchants using QRIS in the individual micro business (UMI) category will receive disbursement 5 times a day. This service applies to both Static and Dynamic QRIS transactions.

Disbursement (settlement) occurs automatically for Static QRIS transactions. As for Dynamic QRIS transactions, the disbursement is done after making a settlement on the BCA EDC machine.

Settled funds will be deposited into the merchant's account within 1-2 hours after settlement hours.

Disbursement (Multi Settlement)

  • Every merchant who uses QRIS and meets the individual micro business (UMI) criteria is eligible for the disbursement (multi settlement) service.
  • Disbursement (multi settlement) is the process of disbursing funds to the merchant's account for each Static and Dynamic ( through BCA EDC machines) QRIS payment transaction.

Automatic Disbursement Flow

  • Customers make transaction through QRIS (Static & Dynamic)
  • Merchant process settlement at BCA EDC machine (specifically for Dynamic QRIS)
  • Fund are disbursed to the merchant’s account (settlement)
  • Funds are then deposited into the merchant’s account

Disclaimer

  • This disbursement service applies to every Dynamic & Static QRIS transaction on BCA EDC machines
  • UMI merchants will automatically receive the disbursement (multi settlement) facility
  • Merchants will get 1 report containing D-1 transactions every day
