- Report Tracking
Track your report status via haloBCA application. This is how you do it:- Login to haloBCA application, use the same BCA ID as the one used to login toin myBCA application, or you can create BCA ID on haloBCA application in case you don’t have BCA ID yet
- Choose “Status Laporan” menu
- Choose the one you want to check
- The screen will display the details of your report status
- Update your personal account & credit card data
Updating your personal account and credit card information makes easy through haloBCA application. - Utilize chat feature to get banking solution
If you can’t make phone call at the time, try to get banking solution using chat feature in haloBCA application, but first, don’t forget to login
