Dear BCA Customers,

Starting January 1, 2025, the transaction fees for BCA Virtual Accounts and BCA Shared Biller Partners will be subject to an adjustment of the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate to 12%. This change is in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2021 on the Harmonization of Tax Regulations.

The 12% VAT will be calculated based on the applicable Service Fees/Administrative Fees or other charges.
