To improve the quality of service and convenience of your business transactions through KlikBCA Bisnis, effective 15 October 2024, for customers using the Multi Auto Transfer and Multi Payroll features, it is essential to accurately input the receiver’s name in accordance with the recipient’s name in the upload file of the Multi Auto Transfer and Multi Payroll features for LLG and RTGS services.
Incomplete information in the receiver name field, specifically not inputting the name of the destination bank account holder, will result in the transactions being unable to proceed further by BCA.
BCA will not be able to process the transaction further if the recipient name field is left incomplete, especially if the name of the destination bank account holder is not entered accurately.
