Dear BCA Customers,
BCA will be conducting system maintenance that will affect several transaction services on:
Sunday, April 19 2026, at 00:00 – 04:00 WIB
During the maintenance period, there will be an impact on some features on BCA e-Banking service that cannot be accessed, such as
- myBCA: all feature/services on myBCA cannot be accessed
- BCA mobile: can be accessed but some feature will be under maintenance: BI-FAST, QRIS payment, Credit Card, BagiBagi, OneKlik and Debit Authority Activation
- KlikBCA: can be accessed but some feature will be under maintenance: BI-FAST, Credit Card, and Transfer List
- KeyBCA Application: all feature/services on the KeyBCA application cannot be accessed
- ATM BCA: can be accessed but some feature will be under maintenance such as BI-FAST transfers and Credit Card Activation
