Smoother Cash Flow with Up to 4x Fund Disbursement for BCA QRIS Merchants

• Merchants who meet the Micro Individual Businesses* (UMi) criteria are eligible for the Fund Disbursement (Multisettlement) service
• Fund Disbursement (Multisettlement) is the automatic disbursement of funds to the Merchant’s account for every Dynamic & Static QRIS payment transaction through EDC/APOS machines.

*Micro businesses owned by individuals with a turnover of < 300 million per year

• Customers make transactions through QRIS (Static & Dynamic)
• Merchants process settlements at EDC machines (specifically for Dynamic QRIS)
• Funds are disbursed to the Merchant’s account (settlement)
• Funds are then deposited into the Merchant’s account

Merchants will receive 4 disbursements (Batch Settlement) per day under these conditions:

Static QRIS

For Static QRIS, fund disbursement is automatically processed at:

1. 08.10 WIB for transactions between 04.00 WIB – 07.59 WIB (same day)
2. 14.10 WIB for transactions between 08.00 WIB – 13.59 WIB (same day)
3. 19.10 WIB for transactions between 14.00 WIB – 18.59 WIB (same day)
4. 04.10 WIB (H+1) for transactions between 19.00 WIB (D-Day)– 03.59 WIB (D+1)

Dynamic QRIS

For Dynamic QRIS, fund disbursement is automatically processed after the funds settle on the EDC/APOS machine at:

1. 08.10 WIB if settled on the machine before 08.00 WIB
2. 14.10 WIB if settled on the machine before 14.00 WIB
3. 19.10 WIB if settled on the machine before 19.00 WIB
4. 04.10 WIB (D+1) if settled on the machine before 04.00 WIB

Funds settled on EDC/APOS machines will be deposited into the Merchant account within 1-2 hours of settlement.

1. This Fund Disbursement facility applies to every Dynamic & Static QRIS transaction on BCA EDC/APOS machines
2. Umi merchants will automatically receive the Fund Disbursement (Multisettlement) facility
3. Merchants will get 1 report containing D+1 transactions every day
