How to Participate in the BCA One Piece Asia Tour Giveaway

Participant Requirements

1. Indonesian citizen, residing in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, and at least 18 years old
2. Have a valid identity card (KTP/SIM or Passport) which must be shown when confirming the winner's data
3. Have an active and not private Instagram account

How to Join

1. Participants are required to follow the Instagram accounts @GoodlifeBCA and @onepieceasiatour.
2. Participants must take a screenshot of your favorite One Piece character that match with the appropriate box from the @GoodlifeBCA Instagram Feed content
3. Tell us why you like the character and include the hashtag #GiveawayBCAOnePieceAsiaTour
4. Post on IG story by mentioning and tagging the @GoodlifeBCA account and tag 3 of your friends to join in
5. Write the comment "done" on the Giveaway post on Instagram @GoodlifeBCA
6. The activity period lasts from 4 - 18 December 2023
7. There will be 25 winners who will be given to 2 tickets each.
8. The winner will be contacted by BCA and asked to prepare a screenshot of the IG Story in the archive and IG Story with the account owner's name listed.

Other Terms

1. BCA as the Operator never asks for ATM Card Numbers, PINs, OTP codes, CVV/CVC codes and other confidential personal banking data.
2. All additional costs related to receiving and using merchandise, both directly and indirectly, are the responsibility of the Participant.
3. By participating in this activity, all participants are deemed to have agreed to the applicable terms and conditions.
4. BCA as the Organizer has the right to change and/or modify the terms and conditions of this activity from time to time with or without prior notification.
5. BCA as the Organizer has the right to disqualify participants who according to the Organizer do not fulfill and/or violate the applicable terms and conditions.
6. Merchandise cannot be transferred, exchanged for other goods/products, or replaced with money.
7. Any data, photos/videos and captions included in this activity become the exclusive property of BCA and the Organizer has the right to use them in accordance with the interests of this program, including but not limited to advertising, billboard promotional materials, digital printed promotional materials, and so on.
8. This activity does not apply to employees from BCA, advertising agencies, agencies, as well as third parties related to the implementation of the challenge and their family members or anyone related to administration or other matters related to the challenge.
9. Participants who take part in this activity are free of charge. Participants are expected to be careful in the event of fraud attempts by asking for fees/taxes related to this activity.

5. The activity period lasts from 4 - 18 December 2023
6. There will be 25 winners who will be entitled to 2 tickets each
