Dear BCA Customers,
Effective 16 November 2023, an adjustment will be made to the validity period of the Transaction Code (one time password) for Cash Withdrawal transactions using the Cardless feature via myBCA, BCA mobile, and Sakuku.
Previously, the Transaction Code validity period was a maximum of 60 minutes (1 hour). Now, according to the new regulation, the validity period of the Transaction Code is a maximum of 30 minutes.
Thus, we make this announcement for the attention of BCA customers and the wider community.
