Dear BCA Customers,
In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Informatics No.5 of 2021 regarding the Standardization of Access Codes for Financial Sector Short Messages, BCA will adjust its SMS service number from 69888 to 89888.
Starting from April 13, 2023*, customers can already use the SMS service number 89888.
Effective from May 1, 2023, the entire SMS service for various BCA transactions will switch to 89888.
