Open a Tahapan Xpresi BCA on BCA mobile

1. How to open Tahapan Xpresi BCA via BCA mobile
2. Download the BCA mobile on the App Store or Play Store
3. Select the “Buka Rekening Baru” menu
4. Select “Tahapan Xpresi”
5. Verify your mobile number and create an access code
6. Complete the required documents including e-KTP, self-photograph, signature, and NPWP (if any), and complete your personal information
7. Fill in the email address for internet banking services
8. Select Registered Account Branch
9. Review and confirm the data you filled in
10. Make a Video Call for data verification
11. Create a PIN for mobile & internet banking activation
12. Make an initial deposit to be able to carry out transactions

Please ensure that you have/open an account at the designated BCA branch or Digital CS to be able to get/exchange the Tahapan Xpresi 88 Rising card.

*Make sure your Smartphone runs on a minimum operating system of iOS 10 or Android 5.0, has sufficient phone credit for one SMS, an active internet plan, and stable network for a video call of about 5-15 minutes, and a phone number that has not been registered with BCA mobile.

Additional important information, the Tahapan Xpresi BCA card is not to be traded, given to, or shared with other people, either directly or online, such as by uploading it on personal social media. Like other bank cards, the Tahapan Xpresi BCA cards also contain a card number and CVV/CVC, which is confidential.
