myBCA Introduces an e-Wallet Top-Up Feature for Customers
Previously, myBCA customers could top up their e-Wallet balances through the Virtual Account feature. Customers had to enter the Virtual Account number provided by their e-Wallet provider and then specify the top-up amount.
Now, you no longer need to obtain a Virtual Account number to top up your e-Wallet balance.
myBCA has introduced a dedicated e-Wallet top-up feature that makes the process simpler and more convenient.
Simply select the e-Wallet you want to top up, such as GoPay, ShopeePay, OVO, and others, then enter the mobile phone number registered to that e-Wallet account.
Next, enter the top-up amount and select your BCA account as the funding source. Your funds will then be transferred to your e-Wallet quickly and easily.
How to Top Up Your e-Wallet Through myBCA
Follow these simple steps to top up your e-Wallet through myBCA:
- Download the myBCA app if you haven't installed it yet.
- Log in using your BCA ID and password.
- Select the “Payment & Top Up” menu.
- Find and select the “e-Wallet” feature.
- Choose the e-Wallet you want to top up (Sakuku, DANA, GoPay, OVO, or ShopeePay), then enter your registered mobile phone number.
- Select your BCA account as the funding source and enter the top up amount, starting from Rp1.
- Tap “Continue” to review your top-up details, then tap “Pay” to complete the transaction.
That's it! You can now top up your e-Wallet balance in just a few simple steps and continue making your everyday transactions.
