Set the OTP Delivery Destination via the myBCA App
To make it easier, there are two convenient ways to set up OTP delivery in myBCA. You can choose the one that best suits your needs:
Via the Settings Menu:
- Login to myBCA app
- Tap Setting icon in the top-right corner
- Select Notification
- Select Set OTP Code Delivery
- Select your primary and backup OTP delivery destinations.
- Select Save
- Enter your PIN
- Your OTP delivery settings successfully saved
Via the Debit Card Control Menu:
- Login to myBCA app
- Tap Setting icon in the top-right corner
- Select Debit Card
- Select one of your Debit Card
- Select Transaction Control
- Under the Online Debit Transactions section, select Set Up OTP Code Delivery
- Select your primary and backup OTP delivery destinations
- Select Save
- Enter your PIN
- Your OTP delivery settings successfully saved
Set Up OTP Code Delivery via the myBCA Website
Besides the myBCA app, you can also set up OTP code delivery via the myBCA website (mybca.bca.co.id) in two ways:
Via the Setting Menu:
- Login to mybca.bca.co.id
- Tap Setting icon in the top-right corner
- Select Notification
- Select Set OTP Code Delivery
- Select your primary and backup OTP delivery destinations.
- Select Save
- Enter the KeyBCA Appli 1 Response

Via the Debit Card Control Menu:
- Login to mybca.bca.co.id
- Tap Setting icon in the top-right corner
- Select Debit Card
- Select one of your Debit Card
- Select Transaction Control
- Under the Online Debit Transactions section, select Set Up OTP Code Delivery
- Select your primary and backup OTP delivery destinations
- Select Save
- Enter the KeyBCA Appli 1 Response
- Your OTP delivery settings successfully saved
Set Up OTP Code Delivery via the BCA mobile App
For BCA mobile users, there are two ways to set up OTP code delivery:
Via m-Admin menu:
- Login to BCA mobile app
- Select m-Admin
- Under “Notifikasi” section, select “Atur Pengiriman Kode OTP”
- Select your primary and backup OTP delivery destinations
- Select “Simpan”
- Enter your PIN
- Your OTP delivery settings successfully saved
Via “Kontrol Kartu Debit” Menu:
- Login to BCA mobile app
- Select “Akun Saya”
- Select “Kontrol”
- Under “Transaksi Debit Online” section, select “Atur Pengiriman”
- Select your primary and backup OTP delivery destinations
- Select “Simpan”
- Enter your PIN
- Your OTP delivery settings successfully saved
Set Up OTP Code Delivery via haloBCA App
- Login to haloBCA app
- Select “Atur Fasilitas Perbankan”
- Select “Pengiriman Kode OTP”
- Select your primary and backup OTP delivery destinations
- Select “Simpan”
- Enter your PIN
- Your OTP delivery settings successfully saved
Once the setup is complete, OTP codes for online transactions using your BCA Credit Card or Debit Card will be sent according to your selected settings. Make sure your settings are correct and that app notifications are enabled on your phone to ensure secure and seamless transactions.
