You can also place your order anytime and anywhere through myBCA.

2. Withdraw Cash from Your Forex Pocket at a Branch

Before visiting a branch to withdraw cash from your Forex Pocket you can first check the availability of the banknotes you need.

You no longer need to visit a branch just to check banknote availability. Simply withdraw the banknotes that are still available at your selected branch.

This feature is linked to the Forex Pocket menu in myBCA, making the entire process smoother.
