1. Integrated Card & QRIS Display:

The Card, QRIS, and Contactless payment menus are now combined into a single main option, the Card & QRIS menu. All of merchants’ and customers’ favorite non-cash payment methods are now available in one easily accessible place.

2. Checking Transaction Status Is Now Easier:

Previously, checking (inquiry) the status of pending QRIS transactions required several extra steps. With the new simplified flow, merchants can now check pending QRIS transaction statuses more quickly and easily, reducing confusion and saving time. In this updated display, a “dot orange” will also appear as a notification whenever there are pending transactions.

1. Select the Card & QRIS menu
2. Enter the Payment Amount
3. Proceed with the customer’s preferred Card or Device payment method:
   • Insert Card
   • Swipe Card
   • Tap Card
   • Tap NFC/QRIS Tap
4. If the customer chooses to pay via QRIS, select one of the following buttons:
   • Display QRIS (Merchant displays QR) or;
   • Scan QRIS (Merchant scans Customer QR)
5. Payment Successful.
6. Print the Transaction Receipt

1. Select the Transaction menu
2. Select Successful to view completed transactions
3. Select Pending, then tap Check Status to view pending transactions
