Enjoy greater peace of mind during online transactions, as your OTP codes will be sent directly via push notification to the myBCA or BCA mobile app. This is BCA’s innovation for a more personal and maximally convenient digital banking experience.

Set OTP Code Delivery Destination via myBCA App

There are two ways to set the OTP code delivery destination via the myBCA app:

1. Through the Settings Menu:

  1. Log in to the myBCA app
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Choose Set OTP Code Delivery
  5. Select the primary and backup destination for OTP delivery
  6. Tap Save
  7. Enter your PIN
  8. Your OTP delivery settings have been successfully saved

2. Through the Debit Card Control Menu:

  1. Log in to the myBCA app
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Debit Card
  4. Choose one of your Debit Cards
  5. Select Transaction Control
  6. Choose Set OTP Code Delivery under Online Debit Transactions
  7. Select the primary and backup destination for OTP delivery
  8. Tap Save
  9. Enter your PIN
  10. Your OTP delivery settings have been successfully saved

Set OTP Code Delivery Destination via myBCA Website

There are two ways to set the OTP code delivery destination via the myBCA website:

1. Through the Settings Menu:

  1. Log in at mybca.bca.co.id
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Choose Set OTP Code Delivery
  5. Select the primary and backup destination for OTP delivery
  6. Tap Save
  7. Enter the KeyBCA Appli 1 response
  8. Your OTP delivery settings have been successfully saved

2. Through the Debit Card Control Menu:

  1. Log in at mybca.bca.co.id
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Debit Card
  4. Choose one of your Debit Cards
  5. Select Transaction Control
  6. Choose Set OTP Code Delivery under Online Debit Transactions
  7. Select the primary and backup destination for OTP delivery
  8. Tap Save
  9. Enter the KeyBCA Appli 1 response
  10. Your OTP delivery settings have been successfully saved

Set OTP Code Delivery Destination via BCA mobile

There are two ways to set the OTP code delivery destination via BCA mobile:

1. Through the m-Admin Menu:

  1. Log in to the BCA mobile app
  2. Select m-Admin
  3. Under Notifications, choose Set OTP Code Delivery
  4. Select the primary and backup destination for OTP delivery
  5. Tap Save
  6. Enter your PIN
  7. Your OTP delivery settings have been successfully saved

2. Through the Debit Card Control Menu:

  1. Log in to the BCA mobile app
  2. Select My Account
  3. Choose Control
  4. Select Set OTP Code Delivery under Online Debit Transactions
  5. Select the primary and backup destination for OTP delivery
  6. Tap Save
  7. Enter your PIN
  8. Your OTP delivery settings have been successfully saved

Set OTP Code Delivery Destination via haloBCA App

  1. Log in to the haloBCA app
  2. Select Set Banking Facilities
  3. Choose OTP Code Delivery
  4. Select the primary and backup destination for OTP delivery
  5. Tap Save
  6. Enter your PIN
  7. Your OTP delivery settings have been successfully saved

Once the settings are complete, OTP codes for BCA Debit and Credit Card online transactions will be sent according to your selected destination. Make sure your settings are correct and that app notifications are enabled on your phone to ensure smooth and secure transactions.

Access OTP Code Notifications via myBCA App

  1. Log in to the myBCA app
  2. Select For You
  3. Under Info & Transactions, choose OTP & Approvals
  4. Select the OTP notification you want to view

Access OTP Notifications via BCA mobile

  1. Log in to the BCA mobile app
  2. Select Notifications
  3. Choose the OTP notification you want to view
