The need for banking services can arise anytime and anywhere, including for those who live, work, or are vacationing abroad. myBCA can be accessed from abroad without the need for re-verification, as long as the app is still installed on the same mobile phone and is using a registered mobile number with an active internet connection. However, if myBCA is downloaded on another phone or reinstalled on the same phone, re-verification is required to access the service.
In addition to using a domestic mobile number, BCA customers can now also access myBCA with an international mobile number. This feature makes it easier to carry out financial transactions without geographical restrictions. Wherever you are, BCA is always by your side.
How to Use an International Phone Number on myBCA
For myBCA users who want to access myBCA with an international mobile number, you can choose from the numbers already registered or add a new mobile number to receive OTP. To add a new mobile number, click 'Add International Mobile Number' on the screen, then select the mobile number during the verification process.
You can also add a new mobile number when re-downloading myBCA on the same device, downloading myBCA on a new device, or during the verification process in myBCA.
For BCA customers who have not yet used myBCA, simply download the myBCA app and follow the registration process using an international phone number. This process allows you to access BCA banking services anytime and anywhere.
The OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the international mobile number you registered on myBCA when:
- BCA ID registration
- Accessing myBCA for the first time or from a new device
- Resetting your PIN and password
