Before, please make sure that “Transaksi Internasional” is active, by checking through BCA mobile and myBCA. Login to BCA mobile or myBCA, click “Akun Saya” and click “Kontrol akun”.

- Make sure your BCA Debit card has the Mastercard logo
- Also make sure that the ATM has the Mastercard, or Cirrus logo
- At the Mastercard ATM, insert your card and enter the
PIN
- Select "Cash Withdrawal"
- Select the amount in foreign currency
- Select "Saving" for the account type
- Choose a transaction with or without conversion
- Cash Withdrawal is successful

BCA Mastercard Credit Card can be used for cash withdrawal at ATM with Mastercard, or Cirrus logo. BCA Visa Credit Card can be used for cash withdrawal at ATM with Visa logo.
