Gebyar Hadiah BCA


Gebyar Hadiah BCA is a program that rewards BCA customers who have Tahapan BCA, Tahapan Gold BCA, and Tahapan Xpresi BCA accounts. Customers have the opportunity to win various Instant prizes and main prizes. The higher the balance and transaction frequency, the greater the chance of winning prizes.

During the program period from from 1 October 2024 - 31 January 2025, customers who save or make transactions will earn points. These points can be redeemed by playing Gacha Berhadiah in the myBCA and BCA mobile apps to win additional points and Instant prizes such as vouchers, precious metals, and smartphones. At the end of the program, the accumulated points will be converted into coupons for a chance to win the main prize, which includes hundreds of motorcycles and dozens of luxury cars.

Customers with a minimum average balance of IDR1 million will earn 10 points (multiples apply), and for every increase in the minimum of IDR500,000, they will earn an additional 5 points (multiples apply). These points will be added at the beginning of the following month.

Customers will earn 2 points for each transaction through myBCA and 1 point for transactions through BCA mobile. This is valid for payment transactions using BCA Debit, pay & top up, virtual account transfers (excluding e-money top-ups and interbank transfers) with a minimum amount of IDR100,000 per transaction.

General Mechanism

  • Valid for BCA Customers with the following types of savings: Tahapan, Tahapan Xpresi, or Tahapan Gold.
  • Customers’ points will be automatically converted into coupons for the main prize after the program period ends in February 2025 (1 point = 1 coupon).
  • Customers can play Gacha Berhadiah on the Gebyar Hadiah BCA page on myBCA and BCA mobile to earn additional points and have the opportunity to get gift items or vouchers.
  • Customers will earn a certain number of points based on the Saving and Transaction scheme, under the following conditions:

  • Main Prize Terms

    • The remaining points owned by the Customer will be accumulated and included in the Main Prize drawing at the end of the program period.
    • The Main Prize are as follows:

    • Prize Tax will be borne by BCA.
    • Other costs (tax fees for vehicle documents, STNK, license plates, name transfer fees, admin fees, etc.) will be borne by the winner.
    • The following customers are not included in the drawing process of the Main Prize winner:
      • BCA Employees
      • Members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of BCA and their immediate families
      • Customers who close their Tahapan BCA, Tahapan Gold BCA, and Tahapan Xpresi BCA accounts before the drawing process takes place
      • Customers whose accounts are blocked due to criminal cases and other actions that violate the law

    Terms of Gacha Berhadiah

    • During the Gebyar Hadiah BCA point collection period, Customers can redeem their points by playing Gacha Berhadiah to earn additional points and have the chance to win Instant prizes.

    • The Gacha Berhadiah game can be accessed through myBCA and BCA mobile on the Gebyar Hadiah BCA page.
    • Customers can redeem 2 points for 1 chance to play Gacha Berhadiah. For every 2 points redeemed, they will receive an extra 3 points.
    • Customers can redeem a maximum of 10 points per day.
    • To claim Gacha Prizes in the form of goods, customers must follow the guidelines listed on the “Hadiahmu” menu.
    • For voucher gifts, customers can directly use the gift on the partner’s application/website.
    • Prize Tax will be borne by BCA.
    • For gifts in the form of goods, delivery costs to the customer’s address and platform fees are borne by the customer.  

    Terms of Prize Acceptance

    • The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
    • The color of the Prize will be determined by stock availability and cannot be chosen by the winner.
    • After BCA announces the winner on its official website, the Prize Winners are required to contact Halo BCA at 1500888 or through the haloBCA application in advance to claim the Prize no later than 7 calendar days from the date of the announcement.

    Please note that BCA, including Halo BCA, will not contact the Prize Winners directly to request a claim for the prize. It is advisable to remain vigilant and cautious of fraudulent activities that may arise in the form of sweepstakes winners via telephone, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms claiming to be from BCA.     TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GEBYAR HADIAH BCA PROGRAM
    (PERIOD 1 OCTOBER 2024 - 31 JANUARY 2025)


    1. GENERAL
      1. Any customer that has Tahapan BCA, Tahapan Gold BCA, and/or Tahapan Xpresi BCA accounts ("Customer") is eligible to participate in the Gebyar Hadiah BCA Program ("Program"), which is held by BCA from 1 October 2024 to 31 January 2025 ("Program Period").
      2. The Program will be implemented in accordance with these Terms and Conditions for Gebyar Hadiah BCA Program ("Terms and Conditions") and other provisions established by BCA and to be notified by BCA to the Customer in any form and through any means according to applicable law.
      3. BCA reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Customer's participation in the Program, among other things, if:
        1. the Customer violates and/or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, whether in part or in whole.
        2. the Customer is suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities in their participation in the Program; or
        3. the Customer commits a criminal act or any action that violates applicable law.
    2. POINTS COLLECTION AND PRIZE RAFFLE
      1. The Customer can collect points ("Gebyar Points") during the Program Period.
      2. The Customer will earn Gebyar Points based on:
        1. the total average monthly balance across all of the Customer’s Tahapan BCA, Tahapan Gold BCA, and/or Tahapan Xpresi BCA accounts ("Accounts");
        2. the increase in the total average monthly balance across all Accounts compared to the total average monthly balance of the previous month; and
        3. the banking transactions conducted by the Customer on the Accounts;

      3. In addition to obtaining Gebyar Points based on the provisions as set out in B.2 of these Terms and Conditions, the Customer can also obtain Gebyar Points by participating in the Pilih Gacha Berhadiah game in m-BCA on BCA mobile, mobile version of myBCA, and website version of myBCA.
      4. For Accounts with the status of "Joint Account" with "OR" and "AND", Gebyar Points earned will be credited to the Customer whose name appears first among the names of the Account owners.
      5. The Customer can check their accumulated Gebyar Points through the Customer’s myBCA and
        m-BCA on BCA mobile and Halo BCA during the Program.
      6. The Customer is required to earn Gebyar Points through fair actions and methods. If BCA determines that Gebyar Points have been obtained by the Customer through unfair actions and methods, BCA reserves the right to cancel the Customer's participation in the Program.
      7. After the end of the Program Period as specified in point A.1 of these Terms and Conditions, BCA will convert the Gebyar Points earned by the Customer into coupons. One Gebyar Point is equivalent to one coupon.
      8. The Customer can check information regarding coupons through the Customer’s myBCA and m-BCA on BCA mobile after the Program Period ends.
      9. BCA reserves the right to disqualify the Customer’s coupons if all of their Accounts are closed before the prize raffle takes place. However, if the Customer closes one of their Accounts before the prize raffle takes place but still has at least 1 (one) Account remaining unclosed, the coupons obtained from the closed Account will remain eligible for the prize raffle.
      10. BCA will conduct the prize raffle in February 2025 to determine the recipient of the prizes offered in the Program ("Prizes"). The prize raffle process to determine the Prize recipient ("Prize Recipient") will be conducted publicly through the methods determined by BCA, which will be notified by BCA to the Customer according to applicable law.
      11. Information about the Prize Recipient will be communicated by BCA on Customer’s m-BCA on BCA mobile and myBCA and BCA's official communication channels determined by BCA.
      12. The Prizes to be awarded to the Prize Recipient are as follows:
        1. 4 (four) units of The All New Mercedes-Benz E 200 Exclusive Line;
        2. 12 (twelve) units of Toyota Innova Zenix 2.0 Q HEV CVT TSS Modellista;
        3. 120 (one hundred and twenty) units of Honda Vario 125 CBS ISS.
          The colors of the Prizes as specified in the promotional materials issued by BCA are not binding.
          If the colors of the Prizes specified in the promotional materials issued by BCA are not available, BCA reserves the right to replace them with other available colors.
      13. The Prizes referred to in point B.12 of these Terms and Conditions will be given to Prize Recipient in their off-the-road condition.
      14. Each Customer is entitled to only 1 (one) Prize, and the Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
      15. The decision on the Prize Recipient is final and cannot be contested.
      16. The Program does not apply to BCA employees, including members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners of BCA, and immediate family members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of BCA.
    3. PRIZE PRESENTATION
      1. The Prize Recipient must contact Halo BCA (1500888) to claim their Prize no later than 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the Prize Recipient
      2. BCA has the right to verify the identity of the Prize Recipient that contacts BCA to claim the Prize. If the Prize Recipient cannot be successfully verified by BCA, BCA reserves the right not to present the Prize to the Prize Recipient.
      3. The Prize Recipient must collect the Prize in person within no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the Prizes raffle at the vehicle dealer appointed by BCA or other locations specified by BCA by bringing a Cover Letter and other documents required by BCA for the purpose of collecting the Prize.
      4. The Prize Recipient is not permitted to transfer their rights to the Prize to any other party.
      5. If the Prize Recipient is unable to personally collect the Prize, BCA reserves the right to request a power of attorney/a letter from the Prize Recipient issued to a party appointed to represent the Prize Recipient to collect the Prize. BCA reserves the right to refuse to present the Prize to any party that cannot be verified by BCA as the Prize Recipient or their legitimate agent in accordance with the provisions applicable at BCA.
      6. Tax on the Prizes shall be borne by BCA.
      7. The Prize Recipient shall bear the following fees and costs:
        • Fees for vehicle ownership registration, the Motor Vehicle Ownership Certificate, the License Plate, the Vehicle Registration Certificate, and the Motor Vehicle Tax; and
        • Any other costs and expenses incurred upon receiving the Prize.
      8. If the Prize Recipient fails to contact Halo BCA (1500888) within the period specified in point C.1 of these Terms and Conditions, if the Prize Recipient is not successfully verified by BCA according to the provisions applicable at BCA, or if the Prize Recipient fails to collect the Prize until the expiration of the period specified in point C.3 of these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will be treated as Unclaimed Prize, and BCA reserves the right to present the Unclaimed Prize to the competent authority according to applicable law. The Prize Recipient may not make any claim or demand against BCA for any Unclaimed Prize after the expiration of the prescribed period.
    4. MISCELLANEOUS
      1. If there is a discrepancy between the data held by the Customer and the data held by BCA in connection with the Program, the data held by BCA shall prevail, unless proven otherwise by the Customer.
      2. BCA has the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions, and it will be notified to the Customer in any form and through any means according to applicable law.
      3. In conducting the Program, BCA does not charge any fees to the Customer participating in the Program, other than the fees and costs specified as the responsibility of the Prize Recipient as referred to in point C.7 of these Terms and Conditions, nor does BCA request any personal data from the Customer, except for the purpose of verifying the Prize Recipient, as stated in point C.2 of these Terms and Conditions.
      4. In the event of force majeure, BCA reserves the right to:
        1. suspend or terminate the implementation of the Program;
        2. postpone or cancel the awarding of the Prize to the Prize Recipient; and/or
        3. change the Program Period.
      5. The implementation of the Program and these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the prevailing law of the Republic of Indonesia.
      6. If a dispute arises in connection with the implementation of the Program and/or the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions, the Customer and BCA will first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably to reach a consensus. Any dispute or difference of opinion that cannot be amicably resolved between the Customer and BCA shall be resolved through banking facilitation at Bank Indonesia or the Financial Services Authority or through mediation by an Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution included in the List of Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions determined by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). If the dispute cannot be resolved in amicable manner through banking facilitation and/or the mediation described in Point I.2 above, the Customer hereby agrees to resolve the dispute through the District Court of Central Jakarta, without prejudice to BCA's right to file a lawsuit or claim through another District Court within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

    These Terms and Conditions for Gebyar Hadiah BCA Program have been adjusted in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations, including Regulations of the Financial Services Authority

    1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PILIH GACHA BERHADIAH GAME
      1. The Customer can play the ‘pilih gacha berhadiah’ game on the Gebyar Hadiah BCA page on m-BCA in the BCA mobile app, the mobile version of myBCA, and the website version of myBCA ("Pilih Gacha Berhadiah") and has the opportunity to win certain prizes in the form of items and/or vouchers from BCA’s partners ("Gacha Prizes").
      2. The Customer can play Pilih Gacha Berhadiah by exchanging 2 (two) Gebyar Points for 1 (one) attempt. The Customer will automatically receive 3 (three) Gebyar Points each time the Customer plays Pilih Gacha Berhadiah.
      3. When playing Pilih Gacha Berhadiah, the Customer can choose to play either 1 (one) attempt or 5 (five) attempts.
      4. The Customer can play Pilih Gacha Berhadiah up to 10 (ten) attempts each day.
      5. The Customer can continuously play Pilih Gacha Berhadiah as long as the Customer still has sufficient Gebyar Points, subject to the daily limit specified in point 4 above.
      6. For each play, the Customer can select gacha berhadiah based on the Customer's preference.
      7. The Customer can view the history of Gacha Prizes that the Customer has won during the Gebyar Hadiah BCA program period on the "Hadiahmu" menu on the Gebyar Hadiah BCA page.
      8. The Customer that wins Gacha Prizes in the form of vouchers can directly use them on the app/website of BCA’s partners collaborating with BCA. The use of such Gacha Prizes is subject to the terms and conditions set by the relevant BCA partners collaborating with BCA. Gacha Prizes in the form of vouchers that have been used cannot be reused.
      9. Taxes on Gacha Prizes will be borne by BCA.
      10. The Customer must follow the instructions in the "Hadiahmu" menu to claim Gacha Prizes in the form of items. Shipping costs for Gacha Prizes in the form of items to the Customer's location as well as any platform fees shall be borne by the Customer.
      11. The use of Gacha Prizes that have been claimed by the recipient is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
      12. The Gacha Prizes available to Gacha Prize recipients are as follows:
        1. 5,000 (five thousand) Indomaret i-Vouchers worth Rp100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) each;
        2. 5,000 (five thousand) Alfamart Vouchers worth Rp100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) each;
        3. 2,100 (two thousand one hundred) Grab Vouchers worth Rp150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) each;
        4. 700 (seven hundred) Blibli Vouchers worth Rp150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) each;
        5. 300 (three hundred) Blibli Vouchers worth Rp200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) each;
        6. 300 (three hundred) tiket.com Vouchers worth Rp200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) ;
        7. 400 (four hundred) units of 5 (five)-gram Gold bars;
        8. 200 (two hundred) units of Samsung Galaxy S24+.

    The colors of Gacha Prizes in the form of items shown in BCA’s promotional materials are not guaranteed. If the colors of the Gacha Prizes shown in the promotional materials are not available, BCA reserves the right to replace them with alternative colors.

    1. Gacha Prizes in the form of vouchers that have expired cannot be used, exchanged, or replaced with cash or any substitute prizes.
    2. The Gebyar Points earned from the Pilih Gacha Berhadiah game cannot be transferred to any other party and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes of any kind. The Gebyar Points will be accumulated into the Customer's total Gebyar Points to be counted toward the grand prize raffle at the end of the Gebyar Hadiah BCA period, which will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable law.
    3. BCA reserves the right to revoke any Gebyar Points and Gacha Prizes if BCA becomes aware of any fraud committed by the Customer in the Pilih Gacha Berhadiah

    What is the Gebyar Hadiah BCA?

    Gebyar Hadiah BCA is a rewards program for BCA Savings customers. Through this program, customers with Tahapan BCA, Tahapan Gold BCA, and/or Tahapan Xpresi BCA accounts have the opportunity to win attractive prizes based on their account balances and transactions. 

    During the Gebyar Hadiah BCA point collection period, customers can redeem their points by playing Gacha Berhadiah for a chance to win prizes or earn additional points. All remaining points will be accumulated for the Main Prize drawing at the end of the period.

    Who can participate in the Gebyar Hadiah BCA program?

    All BCA customers who have Tahapan BCA, Tahapan Gold BCA, and Tahapan Xpresi BCA accounts.

    Is the program only available for myBCA or BCA mobile users?

    All BCA customers who have Tahapan BCA, Tahapan Gold BCA, and Tahapan Xpresi BCA, whether or not they are myBCA or BCA mobile users, can participate in this program.

    Is there a fee to participate in the Gebyar Hadiah BCA program?

    No, there is no fee for customers to participate in the Gebyar Hadiah BCA.

    However, if a customer wins, there will be a fee charged for:

    1. Delivery cost of Gacha Berhadiah items to Customer’s address and platform fee
    2. Transfer of Motor Vehicle Names, Proof of Motor Vehicle Owner (BPKB), License Plate, Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK), Motor Vehicle Tax; and  
    3.  Any other costs incurred upon receipt of the Prize.

    In addition, the Prize Tax will be borne by BCA.

    What are Gebyar Points?

    Gebyar points are points that customers can collect during the Gebyar Hadiah BCA program.

    What transactions count towards collecting Gebyar Points?

    Customers can collect Gebyar Points during the program period based on:

    What is the “Monthly Average Balance”?

    Monthly average balance refers to the calculation of the total daily balance in a month divided by the number of days in that month.

    Do transfers count towards the collection of Gebyar Points?

    No, transfers do not qualify for Gebyar Points.

    Can I earn points from credit card transactions?

    No, only transactions from Tahapan BCA, Tahapan Gold BCA, and Tahapan Xpresi BCA accounts are eligible.

    Can I redeem my Reward BCA into a sweepstakes coupon?

    No, you cannot.

    Is there daily accumulation of Gebyar Points?

    Gebyar Points will be accumulated daily throughout the program period from 1 October 2024 - 31 January 2025

    When will Gebyar Points be converted into sweepstakes coupons?

    Points will be automatically converted into coupons in February 2025.

    How can I check my coupons?

    Customers can check their coupons starting February 2025 through myBCA (mobile and web) and the m-BCA menu on BCA mobile.

    To check your coupons, click on the Gebyar Hadiah BCA banner on myBCA or BCA mobile and select the “Hadiahmu” menu.

    Where will BCA announce the Winners?

    The Winners will be announced in Februari 2025 through the official website bca.co.id.

    Direct prizes from Gacha Berhadiah that the customer has won can be seen through the “Hadiahmu” menu on the Gebyar Hadiah BCA page during the program period.

    Will BCA contact me when I become the winner?

    Grand prize winners are required to contact Halo BCA at 1500888 or through the haloBCA app in advance to claim the Prize no later than 7 calendar days from the date of the prize winner announcement.

    For direct prizes won from the Gacha Berhadiah game, you can view your prizes through the “Hadiahmu” section on the BCA Gebyar Hadiah BCA page during the program period. If you have won prizes in the form of goods, you can follow the claim guidelines provided in the “Hadiahmu” menu. If you have won vouchers, you can directly use them on the partner application/website.

    Please note that BCA, including Halo BCA, will not contact the Prize Winners directly to request a claim for the prize. To avoid fraud, kindly refrain from entertaining any calls, WhatsApp messages, or social media messages claiming to be from BCA. For more information, visit the following page.

    Are there any taxes or other fees charged to the winner?

    The Prize Tax is borne by BCA. Apart from the Prize Tax, the following costs are borne by the winner:

    How do I access the Gacha Berhadiah game?
