Default Risk
Is a risk where the investor can’t get the payment of funds promised by the issuer when the investment product matures. But the payment of Return and the Nominal Value is guaranteed by the Government based on the SBSN Law and the APBN Law.
Market Risk
Is a loss potential to investor because of a decrease in the price of SR025T3 due to an increase in interest rates when sold on the Secondary Market. Can be avoided by not selling SBN until maturity.
Liquidity Risk
Is a risk where investor can’t sell/liquidate investment product in a short time at a reasonable price. This risk can be avoided by using SR025T3 as collateral for loan application at BCA
