Host to Host ERP Integration (HEI) is a facility provided to corporate customers who own KlikBCA Bisnis (KBB), enabling them to perform banking transactions online and in real time directly from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system of the corporate customer who owns KBB.

HEI provides features that business customers can select based on their preferences and needs to facilitate online banking transactions.
Features for Financial Transactions
Auto-Collection A feature to transfer funds from one or more debit accounts registered with KBB to be credited to one beneficiary account, which can be a BCA account or another bank account.
Multi Auto-Transfer A feature to transfer funds from one or more debit accounts registered with KBB to be credited to one or more beneficiary accounts, which can be a BCA account or another bank account, or other bank accounts using file upload.
Multi Payroll A payroll feature in IDR currency from one or more debit accounts registered in KBB to be credited to one or more beneficiary accounts, which can be a BCA account or other bank accounts.
Penerimaan Negara Penerimaan Negara is a payment feature that serves various types of Penerimaan Negara payments through file uploads.
Features for Non-Financial Transactions
File Transfer A customized non-financial file transfer feature between the customer’s ERP using the HEI facility and BCA’s system through HEI.
Bulk Account Statement Supporting Feature A supporting feature of the bulk account statement API that allows the customer to request statement files through the API and receive them via BCA Client or the SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
MT940 Report Supporting Feature A report that presents account statement data in MT940 format.
Business Debit Card Supporting Feature A card service offered to business customers to help them manage their financial activities, including cash inflow and outflow management, both within the company and to the company's value chain in the form of rewards/loyalty to its partners/customers.
Special Support Features for Securities Company HEI Special features for securities companies that are tailored to support the business processes of securities companies consist of:
RDN End of Day Balance Report A report containing end-of-day balance information on RDN registered in the Corporate ID KBB of a securities company. Balance information is in the form of balance before deducting retained balance/minimum balance.
RDN Monthly Statement Report A report containing information on monthly transaction statements on RDN registered in the Corporate ID KBB of a security company, including information on interest, interest tax, corrections, and administration fees (if any).
Investor Balance Report A balance report on each RDN registered with a securities company, formatted in accordance with KSEI standard provisions used by all securities companies cooperating with BCA.
Investor Statement Report A statement report on each RDN registered with a securities company, formatted in accordance with KSEI standard provisions used by all securities companies cooperating with BCA.
Benefits
Enabling corporate customers who own KBB to conduct online and real-time banking transactions directly through their ERP systems, thereby improving operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Risks
Misuse of the Facility Recipient’s facilities resulting from the leakage of transaction instruments (security keys) and transaction data caused by the Facility Recipient’s negligence. Therefore, the Facility Recipient is required to ensure the security and proper safeguarding of the transaction instruments.
Transactions are not processed if there are problems on either the client or BCA side.
Requirements and Procedures
Prospective customers are legal entities or organizations that have KlikBCA Bisnis (KBB) facility.
Customers who use the HEI facility are required to fill out and sign the KlikBCA Bisnis (KBB) Form and the KlikBCA Bisnis (KBB) Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA).
Customers who use HEI facilities are required to build network infrastructure to use HEI facilities.
Customers who use HEI facilities are required to build an HEI system based on BCA’s Technical Specification Document.
Fees
The HEI cooperation fee charged to customers who use the HEI facility is determined based on BCA’s analysis and calculations.

The type of transaction a customer can carry out through the HEI facility depends on the transaction type the customer chooses on the HEI form.
For the use of HEI facilities at KBB:
KBB customers who use HEI facilities must provide adequate facilities in accordance with the provisions set by BCA.
BCA will provide:
The BCA Client Application includes the BCA Client Monitoring User ID and password, and Security Key Pretty Good Privacy (PGP), and/or
BCA's SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) application includes SFTP User ID and password, and Security Key
To close the HEI facility, users can submit a closure request to BCA by filling out the HEI form.
BCA will inform the customer of any changes to the benefits, costs, risks, terms and conditions of this Product and/or Service through any means in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
