• Below are the criteria for customers eligible to use the Communication and Transaction Service via Chat Platform, based on the service type:

Notes:

• The Application Forms, Terms and Conditions, and Personal Product and Service Information Summary must be signed by the Customer in 2 (two) copies, each for the Customer and BCA.
• All the documents specified above must be signed by an authorized representative of the customer.

The following features are available to the Customer:

It offers an alternative way to communicate and interact with the dealer, making it easier for the Customer to obtain information and conduct transactions directly with the Dealer.

• There may be disruptions in communication and/or transactions due to disruptions/offline status/other technical issues in BCA’s system.
• The Customer may be exposed to various risks when using the Communication and Transaction Service via Chat Platform, including but not limited to those notified to the Customer. Therefore, the Customer is fully responsible for identifying and assessing other possible risks associated with transactions.

• The Customer agrees that the mobile phone number registered for transactions through the Dealing by Chat service is the customer's mobile phone number, and all kinds of Transactions conducted through the Dealing by Chat service constitute official conversations between BCA and the Customer.
• The Customer is fully responsible for all consequences arising in connection with all actions including but not limited to any Transactions conducted by each user of the Communication and Transaction Service via Chat Platform
• Transaction Terms:
  • The transactions that the Customer can conduct through the Communication and Transaction Service via Chat Platform are the sale and/or purchase of Forex and/or Securities.
  • The account used for Forex and/or Securities Buy/Sell Transactions through the Communication and Transaction Service via Chat Platform must be in the Customer's name (using another person's account is not permitted).
  • Any buy/sell transactions of Forex and/or Securities that have been completed by the Customer cannot be canceled.
  • The PIC can only register 1 (one) phone number for the service and is responsible for all transactions conducted using that phone number.
  • Transactions can only be conducted by the Customer using the phone number registered with BCA.
• BCA must inform the Customer of any changes to the benefits, costs, risks, terms, and conditions of the product and/or service via letter or other means, in accordance with applicable terms and conditions. The Customer will be notified 30 (thirty) business days before the changes become effective.
• BCA reserves the right to reject the customer’s application for the Communication and Transaction Service via Chat Platform if the Customer fails to meet the applicable terms and conditions.
• The Securities offered through the Communication and Transaction Service via Chat Platform are not products of the Bank.
• The Customer conducting Forex sale and/or purchase transactions must comply with the applicable terms of Forex transactions.
• The Customer conducts Securities sale and/or purchase transactions based on their own judgment.

This summary has been aligned with the laws and regulations in force, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority.

BCA is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia

BCA is a member of the LPS insurance scheme.
