Client Trade BCA is a web-based application that gives convenience to customers to carry out trade-related transactions digitally. 

Main Features

  • Features of the BCA Client Trade Application:
    • Transaction: Customers may request the issuance and/or amendment of a Letter of Credit (L/C) or Local Letter of Credit (SKBDN).
    • Information: Customers can obtain and download information regarding L/C, SKBDN, and Documentary Collection transactions.
  • Access and financial transactions in BCA Client Trade is authorized using the KeyBCA token.

  • This service provided by CBA allows customers to apply for Letter of Credit (L/C) and Local Letter of Credit (SKBDN) in a quick and efficient manner.  

Important Information


Terms and Procedures

  • Customers applying for the BCA Client Trade service are selected trade customers recommended by BCA.
  • Customers can submit a request to apply, update, modify and terminate Client Trade BCA application to BCA Branch or respective Relationship Manager (RM) by completing the BCA CT Application Form.
  • The existing KeyBCA tokens that can be connected to BCA Client Trade are KeyBCA KBB, KBB-IS, or myBCA Bisnis tokens.
  • To access the BCA Client Trade facility, customers must:

Risk

  • Failure to log in and/or submit transactions on the BCA Trade Client may be due to device issues, high site traffic, or other technical reasons.
  • Force majeure occurs when an event is beyond BCA's control, including but not limited to disruptions to communication systems or transmission system outages, either on BCA's part or on the part of another party, power outages, viruses, changes in government policy, natural disasters, strikes, riots, or emergencies.

Additional Information

  • The deadline for receiving requests and/or changes to transactions through BCA Client Trade, which will be processed by BCA, follows the current transaction service hours at the Jakarta or Surabaya International Trade Service Bureau (JTS/STS). Transaction requests and/or changes received after these service hours will be processed on the next business day.
  • BCA will inform you of any changes to the benefits, fees, risks, terms, and conditions of this Product and/or Service through any means in accordance with applicable law.
  • The Client Trade service has received approval from the Financial Services Authority in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Fees


  • Initialization Fee
    There is no fee for initializing the BCA Trade Client Application.
  • Transaction Fees
    Fees and charges charged for transactions submitted through the application are subject to the applicable trade product fee provisions.
