Special Design Flazz Cards are cards with a specific design requested by the Special Design Flazz Card Customer and printed on the Flazz Card.
Flazz cards will be printed according to the design specified by the customer and which has been approved in writing by BCA.
Ordering a Flazz Card with a Special Design can be done by filling in and completing the following documents:
Forms and Conditions;
Design Approval Letter to be printed on Flazz Cards;
Letter of Approval for Use of Design on Flazz Cards (if the Design Owner is different from the Customer);
Other documents in accordance with the provisions in force at BCA.
Minimum order for Special Design Flazz cards is 100 cards (100 cards per design)
Flazz Cards must be distributed with a minimum top-up of IDR20,000 (twenty thousand rupiah). In this regard, BCA will hand over the Flazz Card to the Customer with a minimum top-up of IDR20,000 (twenty thousand rupiah).
Printing, reproducing, and/or duplicating the Flazz Card independently outside of BCA;
Attaching, overwriting, modifying, and/or adding any material to the Flazz Card, thereby altering the Special Design previously approved by BCA, without BCA's written approval;
Being fully responsible for all consequences arising in connection with the inclusion of the Design on the Flazz Card and the issuance of the Flazz Card using the Special Design specified by the Customer. The Customer hereby releases BCA from all claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions in any form and from any party, including the Customer and the intellectual property rights holders of the Special Design in connection therewith.
By sending the design to BCA, the Customer declares that the Customer is the owner of the intellectual property rights to the Design listed on the Flazz Card.
If the Customer is not the holder of the intellectual property rights for the Special Design that has been/will be printed on the Flazz Card, the Customer hereby guarantees that the Special Design has received written approval from the holder of the intellectual property rights for the Special Design. The Customer hereby binds himself to submit to BCA a Letter of Approval for Use of the Design on the Flazz Card for the Flazz Card ordered by the Customer from the holder of the intellectual property rights for the Special Design.
BCA has the right to reject a Special Design that has been/will be printed on a Flazz Card if the Special Design contains elements of SARA (Ethnicity, Religion, Race and Intergroup) or pornography or violates copyright or applicable legal provisions.
Only one side of the Flazz card can be designed.
The card design does not need to include the chip and Flazz logo, the placement of the chip and Flazz logo is from the BCA team.
Send raw card design in high resolution & unflatten ai / pdf / psd format
The design must be sent to BCA via a Google Drive link with the name according to the PT name, for example "FLAZZ CUSTOM PT ABC"
