QRIS

QRIS is a transaction method using an Indonesian standard QR code issued by Bank Indonesia.

There are many ways to make QRIS Payment transactions. In addition to scanning the QR code, now you can also provide QR to be scanned by stores/outlets that have the QRIS logo. QRIS makes payment easier at all stores/outlets that have the QRIS logo using myBCA, BCA mobile, or Sakuku. Furthermore, you can also use QRIS to make payments abroad by scanning QR at merchants in countries that work with Indonesia (cross-border) using myBCA and BCA mobile.

In addition to payment transactions, you can also use the QRIS Transfer feature to send and receive money to fellow BCA bank accounts as well as to other banks or e-wallets that have been registered with the QRIS network.

QRIS Payment Features

MPM (Merchant Presented Mode)

This is a transaction method by scanning an Indonesian Standard QR code using myBCA, BCA mobile, and Sakuku. This can also be done in countries that work with Indonesia (cross-border) using myBCA and BCA mobile.

CPM (Consumer Presented Mode)

This is a transaction method using an Indonesian standard QR code to be scanned by the merchant using myBCA and BCA mobile.

QRIS Transfer feature

Scan QR

Transfer money to recipient by scanning QR code via myBCA and BCA mobile.

Show QR

Receive money by showing the QR code to be scanned by the sender via myBCA and BCA mobile.

Important Information

Transactions at stores/outlets/merchants are free of charge.
No top-up is required for QRIS transactions because it will be directly deducted from the fund source chosen for the transaction.
All stores/outlets/merchants that have the QRIS logo can accept payments from any payment application.
QR transactions abroad in countries that have collaborated with Indonesia (cross-border) can only be done using myBCA and BCA mobile. For more details, please read here.
QRIS Transfer is only specialised for sending and receiving money, not for payment transactions.
QR codes on QRIS transfers made to receive funds can only be used once.

Limit per transaction of MPM method (by QR scan) using myBCA, BCA mobile, and Sakuku is capped at IDR10,000,000.
Limit per transaction of CPM method (by providing QR code) using myBCA and BCA mobile is capped at IDR1,000,000.
QRIS Daily Limit (Domestic & Cross Border) using BCA mobile and myBCA is limited to IDR25,000,000 per day.
Limit per QRIS Transfer transaction using BCA mobile of IDR10,000,000.
Daily limit for QRIS transactions Transfers to fellow BCAs use the daily transfer limit to BCA accounts according to the card type, while to non-BCAs use the daily interbank transfer limit according to the card type.
