m-BCA

DEFINITION

  1. m-BCA (Mobile Banking) is a product by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk ("BCA") that can be directly accessed using cellular / mobile phone, by using either the menu available on the SIM Card, through text messaging/ SMS (Short Message Services) or using the menu on the BCA Mobile application through the internet on the mobile phone combined with the text messaging / SMS (Short Message Services) media.
  2. BCA Mobile is an application that can be downloaded from the official BCA website or an official software provider from a mobile phone vendor approved by BCA, used to conduct m-BCA, KlikBCA, and Info BCA transactions.
  3. The m-BCA PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a personal identification number for the Customer to use the m-BCA facility.
  4. The access code is the personal code for the Customer to use the m-BCA facility on the BCA Mobile menu.
  5. The account is an account owned by the Customer in the form of savings, giro, deposito, and or mutual funds at BCA.
  6. The BCA Credit Card includes all types of credit cards issued by BCA for the Customer.
  7. KlikBCA is the KlikBCA service that can be accessed by the Customer using a smartphone.
  8. Info BCA is an information service regarding BCA products, BCA product promotions, and ATM BCA machine locations.
  9. The ATM BCA Card is an ATM card issued by BCA that can be used by ATM BCA cardholders to do certain banking transactions using the ATM BCA and/or other means determined by BCA.
  10. The Cellular Operator is a company that provides a cellular phone network service.
  11. SMS (Short Message Services) / text messaging is a service that delivers brief messages in the form of a text and or numbers that can be received and or sent using a cellular phone.
  12. The Customer is the owner of an individual account in the form of savings, giro, deposito, BCA Credit Card and or mutual funds at BCA.


m-BCA REGISTRATION

  1. Each Customer who owns an ATM BCA Card has the right to use and obtain the m-BCA facility.
  2. In order to use the m-BCA facility, the Customer must own a certain Cellular Operator SIM Card or install the BCA Mobile application and provide m-BCA PIN when the Customer registers at an ATM BCA. If the Customer registers for m-BCA at a BCA branch office, the first m-BCA PIN used will be the same as the ATM BCA card PIN used by the Customer.


USAGE REGULATION

  1. The customer can use the m-BCA facility to obtain information regarding BCA products and services, BCA branch locations, ATM BCA locations, BCA promos, and or do banking transactions provided by BCA.
  2. Through m-BCA, the Customer can access:
    • The account connected to the ATM BCA Card used for m-BCA registration;
    • Deposito and mutual funds accounts that have the same customer number as the main account for the ATM BCA Card used for m-BCA registration;
    • BCA Credit Card;
  3. The Customer who registers his or her BCA Credit Card for the m-BCA service will automatically be able to access information about his or her BCA Credit Card using the Internet Banking BCA (KlikBCA) service.
  4. Commands/ instructions given by the Customer through m-BCA can only be done using the mobile phone number registered by the Customer at BCA and after the Customer has activated the service on the Customer's mobile phone.
  5. The Customer must completely and correctly fill in all data needed for each transaction.
  6. As a sign of agreement, the Customer is obliged to input his or her m-BCA PIN each time he or she conducts a transaction instruction.
  7. Each instruction from the Customer saved in the BCA data center is valid data that is binding to the Customer, and is legitimate proof of instruction from the Customer to BCA to conduct the commanded instruction, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
  8. BCA accepts and conducts every instruction submitted by the Customer as the valid instruction based on the use of the mobile phone number and m-BCA PIN. Therefore, BCA is not obligated to examine or investigate the validity or the legitimacy of the mobile phone number and m-BCA PIN or conclude or even prove the accuracy or entirety of the said instructions, thus the said instructions are valid and legally bound to the Customer, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
  9. All transactions, which are instructed by the Customer to BCA, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  10. The Customer will receive a proof of transaction in a form of a reference number that will be kept in the Inbox of Customer's mobile phone, for each successful financial transaction done by BCA based on the Customer's instruction, as proof that the transaction has been conducted by BCA with the following provisions:
    • The message Inbox on the Customer's mobile phone is not full.
    • There is nothing interfering with the communication network of the Cellular Operator.
  11. BCA has the right to refuse to perform instructions that are requested by the Customer if balance in BCA account is not sufficient enough.
  12. The Customer is responsible for determining the accuracy and entirety of the transaction instructions sent using m-BCA to BCA. BCA is not responsible for the consequences that appear as a result of deficiency, unclear data or incorrect instructions from the Customer.
  13. For each transaction that is related to foreign currencies, the exchange rate that will apply will be the TT (Telegraphic Transfer) exchange rate at an ATM BCA.
  14. Notes, tape/cartridge, computer print outs, copies or other forms of information or data storage at BCA is legitimate proof that is binding based on instructions from the Customer.
  15. The Customer agrees and acknowledges the validity, truth or authenticity of proofs of transactions and/ or communication transmitted electronically by BCA, including documents in the form of a computer document or Bank proof of transaction, tape/cartridge, computer print out, copy or other forms of information storage at BCA. All of the instruments or documents are the only legitimate proof for the transaction instructed by the Customer using m-BCA, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
  16. By doing transactions using m-BCA, the Customer acknowledges all communications and instructions from the Customer accepted by BCA will be considered legitimate proof even though there is no written or signed document between the Customer and BCA.
  17. The transfer limit and credit refill purchase limit using m-BCA is a combined limit of the valid limit for the ATM BCA facility and other electronic banking facilities. BCA has the right to alter the limit for the transactions at any time based on its own judgement.
  18. For each transaction, both successful and unsuccessful ones, the Cellular Operator will charge the Customer with a fee.


m-BCA PIN, ACCESS CODE, AND THE CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATION

  1. The m-BCA PIN and Access Code is only allowed to be used by the Customer.
  2. The Customer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the m-BCA PIN and Access Code by:
    • Not informing anyone of the m-BCA PIN and Access Code, including family members or those closest to the Customer.
    • Not writing the m-BCA PIN and Access Code on a mobile phone and or other objects, keep it in written form or in other means of storage that allows another person to notice.
    • Be careful when using the m-BCA PIN and Access Code so others cannot view it.
    • Not use a mobile phone number, m-BCA PIN, and Access Code determined by another person, or that is easy to guess such as date of birth or its combination, telephone number, and others.
  3. All misuse of the m-BCA PIN and Access Code is the full responsibility of the Customer. The Customer thus relieves the Bank from all charges from other parties or the Customer in relation to the misuse of the PIN and Access Code.
  4. Using the m-BCA PIN and Access Code through m-BCA facilities has the same legal effect as a written instruction signed by the Customer.
  5. The Customer is permitted to change the m-BCA PIN and Access Code at any time.
  6. If the Cellular Operator SIM Card or mobile phone belonging to the Customer is missing/ stolen/ handed over to another, the customer must inform the nearest BCA Branch or call Halo BCA to block/ close the m-BCA service. All instructions based on the use of the mobile phone, m-BCA PIN, and Access Code that have occurred before BCA authorities received any notification from the Customer is solely Customers' full responsibility.


m-BCA BLOCKING

  1. m-BCA will be blocked if the Customer does the following:
    • Enters the incorrect m-BCA PIN three times in a row;
    • Submits a request to block the ATM BCA because it is missing/ stolen;
    • Submits a request to block it because the the Cellular Operator SIM Card is missing/ stolen.
  2. The BCA Mobile application will be blocked if the customer does the following:
    • Enter the wrong Access Code three times in a row;
    • Change the SIM Card on the mobile phone with another SIM Card;
    • Change the mobile phone.
  3. The BCA Mobile application blocking will not effect the m-BCA service so the Customer can still perform transactions using the m-BCA menu that is available on the SIM Card.
  4. If the BCA Mobile application is blocked, the Customer must reinstall the BCA Mobile application on the cellular phone.
  5. If the m-BCA is blocked, then the Customer must contact BCA and re-register for m-BCA at an ATM BCA or BCA branch office.


FORCE MAJEURE

The Customer will relieve BCA from all charges if BCA is unable to completely or partially process instructions from the Customer as a result of events or circumstances that occur beyond the control or ability of BCA, including yet not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, malfunctioning systems, equipments or transmissions, electrical disturbance, telecommunication disturbance, government policy, and incidents or circumstances beyond the control or ability of BCA.


m-BCA CLOSURE

The m-BCA service will end if:

  1. The Customer submits a request to end the m-BCA service to BCA, because:
    • The Customer has permanently stopped using his or her ATM BCA card or mobile phone number; or
    • The Customer changes his or her mobile phone number; other reasons;
  2. The Customer closes all Accounts related to the ATM BCA card.
  3. The Cellular Operator disconnects the use of the Customer's mobile phone number.


OTHERS

  1. Proof of transaction done by the Customer using m-BCA is a mutation that is recorded in the Account Statement or Tahapan Savings Book (if it's printed).
  2. Disclaimer from the Customer will only be assisted if the claim is submitted to the Bank within 3 (three) months of the date of the transaction using m-BCA.
  3. The customer is obliged to immediately submit a written report to BCA if there are any data alterations of the Customer.
  4. The Customer can contact Halo BCA or a BCA branch office if the Customer encounters any problems in relation to transactions, blocking, and or closing the m-BCA facility.
  5. For problems in relation to the SIM Card, the Cellular Operator network, internet network on the mobile phone, billing statement from the Cellular Operator, SMS/ Text Messaging fee, and Cellular Operator value added service, the Customer must contact the Cellular Operator/provider.
  6. BCA can alter these Terms and Conditions of Mobile Banking PT Bank Central Asia Tbk at any time and provide notification to the Customer in any form through any means.
  7. The Customer will comply to the Terms and Condictions of Mobile Banking PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, regulations that apply in BCA, and all the terms and conditions that apply in BCA that regulate services, facilities, and transactions that can be done using the ATM BCA card, including all of its alterations, BCA will notify the Customers in any form through any means.

SMS BCA

DEFINITION

  1. SMS BCA is banking information service that can be accessed directly by the Customer using a cellular/ mobile phone, using the text message / SMS (Short Message Services) media.
  2. The SMS BCA ACCESS CODE is personal identification number of the Customer to use the SMS BCA facility.
  3. The account is any account owned by Customer in the form of savings, giro, and or individual deposito at BCA.
  4. The BCA Credit Card includes all types of credit cards issued by BCA for Customer.
  5. The ATM BCA Card is an ATM card issued by BCA that can be used by ATM BCA cardholders to perform certain banking transactions using the ATM BCA and or other means determined by BCA.
  6. The Cellular Operator is a company that provides a cellular phone network service.
  7. SMS is a brief message in the form of a text that can be received and or sent using a cellular phone, which can be seen on the screen of the cellular phone.
  8. The Customer is the owner of an individual account in the form of savings, giro, individual deposito, and or BCA Credit Card.


SMS BCA REGISTRATION

  1. Each Customer who owns an ATM BCA Card has the right to use and obtain the SMS BCA facility.
  2. In order to use the SMS BCA facility, the Customer must own a certain Cellular Operator SIM Card and a SMS BCA ACCESS CODE that the Customer has chosen when registering at an ATM BCA.


USAGE REGULATION

  1. The accounts that can be accessed using SMS BCA are all accounts related to the ATM BCA card used to register to SMS BCA.
  2. Through SMS BCA, the Customer can access information regarding:
    • The account connected to the ATM BCA Card used for m-BCA registration
    • Deposito accounts that have the same customer number as the main account for the ATM BCA Card used for SMS BCA registration
    • BCA Credit Card
  3. The Customer who registers his or her BCA Credit Card for the SMS BCA service will automatically be able to access information about his or her BCA Credit Card using the Internet Banking BCA (KlikBCA) and m-BCA service or vice versa.
  4. The Customer can use the SMS BCA facility to obtain banking information that has been determined by BCA, by sending certain instructions correctly and completely to a certain number that has been determined by BCA.
  5. Commands/instructions given by the Customer through SMS BCA can only be done using the cellular phone number registered by the Customer through ATM BCA.
  6. Each instruction from the Customer saved in the BCA data center is valid data that is binding to the Customer, and is legitimate proof of instruction from the Customer to BCA to conduct the commanded instruction, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
  7. BCA accepts and conducts every instruction submitted by the Customer as the valid instruction based on the use of the mobile phone number and SMS BCA ACCESS CODE. Therefore, BCA is not obligated to examine or investigate the validity or the legitimacy of the mobile phone number and SMS BCA ACCESS CODE or conclude or even prove the accuracy or entirety of the said instructions, thus the stated instructions are valid and legally bound to the Customer, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
  8. All transactions instructed by Customer to BCA cannot be cancelled.
  9. Customer will receive information in the Inbox of the Customer’s mobile phone, for each successful financial transaction done by BCA based on the Customer’s instruction, with the following provisions:
    • The message Inbox is not full.
    • There is nothing interfering with the communication network of the Cellular Operator.
  10. BCA will not do the instructions requested by the Customer if the balance in the BCA account is not sufficient enough.
  11. For each transaction that is related to foreign currencies, the exchange rate that will apply will be the TT exchange rate and bank notes that apply at BCA.
  12. Notes, tape/cartridge, computer print outs, copies or other forms of information or data storage at BCA is legitimate proof based on instructions from Customer.
  13. The Customer agrees and acknowledges the validity, truth or authenticity of proofs of transactions and/or communication transmitted electronically by BCA, including documents in the form of a computer document or Bank proof of transaction, tape/cartridge, computer print out, copy or other forms of information storage at BCA and all the tools or documents are the only legitimate proof for the transaction instructed by the Customer using SMS BCA, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
  14. If there is a difference between the information received by the Customer through SMS BCA with the data that is in BCA, then Customer agrees that the valid data is the one possessed by BCA.
  15. By doing transactions using SMS BCA, Customer acknowledgement of all any communications and instructions from the Customer which is accepted by BCA, will be considered legitimate proof even though there is no written or signed document between the Customer and BCA.
  16. The Customer will approve whenever BCA gives the Customer’s account data to another party as long as it is necessary in providing the SMS BCA service.
  17. For each transaction, both successful and unsuccessful ones, the Cellular Operator will charge the Customer with a fee by directly reducing the credit amount (for prepaid) or charging it in the monthly billing statement (for postpaid).

    The applied fee and its changes will be informed to the Customer in any form through any means.


SMS BCA ACCESS CODE AND THE CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATION

  1. SMS BCA ACCESS CODE is only allowed to be used by the Customer.
  2. The Customer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the SMS BCA ACCESS CODE by:
    • Not informing anyone concerning SMS BCA ACCESS CODE in order to receive a prize, including family members or those closest to the Customer.
    • Not writing the SMS BCA ACCESS CODE on a table, mobile phone or keeping it in written form or in other means of storage, that allows another person to be informed about it.
    • Be careful when using the SMS BCA ACCESS CODE so others cannot view it.
    • Not using cellular phone number provided by another person.
    • Not using SMS BCA ACCESS CODE that is easy to guess such as date of birth or its combination, telephone number, and others.
  3. All misuse of the SMS BCA ACCESS CODE is the full responsibility of the Customer. The Customer thus relieves the Bank of all charges from other parties or the Customer in relation to the misuse of the SMS BCA ACCESS CODE.
  4. Using the SMS BCA ACCESS CODE has the same legal effect as a written instruction signed by the Customer.
  5. The Customer is permitted to create his or her SMS BCA ACCESS CODE during registration at an ATM BCA.
  6. If the Cellular Operator SIM Card or mobile phone belonging to the Customer is missing/ stolen/ handed over to another, the customer must inform the nearest BCA Branch or call Halo BCA to block/close the SMS BCA service. All instructions based on the use of the mobile phone and SMS BCA ACCESS CODE that have occurred before BCA authorities received any notification from the Customer is solely Customers’ full responsibility.


SMS BCA BLOCKING

  1. SMS BCA will be blocked if the Customer does the following.
    • Enters the incorrect SMS BCA ACCESS CODE three times in a row.
    • Submits a request to change his or her ATM BCA.
    • Submits a request to block the ATM BCA because it is missing/ stolen.
    • Reports that the SIM Card is missing/stolen/handed over to another person.
  2. If the SMS BCA service is blocked, the Customer must re-register for SMS BCA at an ATM BCA.

The Customer will relieve BCA from all charges if BCA is unable to completely or partially process instructions from the Customer as a result of events or circumstances that occur beyond the control or ability of BCA, including yet not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, malfunctioning systems, equipments or transmissions, electrical disturbance, telecommunication disturbance, government policy, and incidents or circumstances beyond the control or ability of BCA.


SMS BCA CLOSURE

  1. The SMS BCA service will end if the customer submits a request to end the SMS BCA service to BCA because:
    • The Customer has permanently stopped using his or her ATM BCA card or mobile phone number.
    • The Customer changes his or her ATM BCA or mobile phone number.
  2. The SMS BCA service will end if:
    • The Customer closes all Accounts related to the ATM BCA card.
    • The Cellular Operator disconnects the use of the Customer’s mobile phone number.


OTHERS

  1. The Customer may contact BCA to deliver complaints about BCA related to the SMS BCA service.
  2. For problems in relation to the SIM Card, the Cellular Operator network, billing statement from the Cellular Operator, and SMS fee, the Customer must contact the Cellular Operator or Provider.
  3. BCA can alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and provide notification to the Customer in any form through any means.
  4. The Customer who uses SMS BCA will comply to the terms and regulations that apply in BCA, and all the terms and conditions that regulate all services, facilities, and transactions that can be done using the ATM BCA card, including all of its alterations, BCA will notify the Customers in any form through any means.

Internet Banking

  1. BCA INTERNET BANKING REGISTRATION
    1. All Customers who deposit their funds with BCA ("Customer") and have a card that can be used to conduct banking transactions at BCA Automated Teller Machines ("ATM") ("BCA ATM Card") are entitled to enjoy BCA Internet Banking facility ("BCA IB").
    2. To be able to use BCA IB facility, Customer must have a BCA IB user identity ("User ID") and BCA IB personal identification number ("PIN") obtained by Customer during the registration process at BCA ATM / BCA branch office / certain BCA Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine.
    3. Customer can also register for BCA IB facility with the Customer Service at BCA branch. If Customer registers for BCA IB facility with the Customer Service at BCA branch, the User ID will be sent to Customer's e-mail address as provided by Customer at the time of registration and the PIN to be used for the first time is the PIN for the BCA ATM Card.
  2. TRANSACTIONS USING BCA INTERNET BANKING
    1. To conduct financial transactions via BCA IB, Customer must have a KeyBCA.
    2. Customer must correctly and completely fill out all the required data for each transaction
    3. For each financial transaction, the system will always confirm the data entered by Customer and Customer has the opportunity to cancel the data by pressing the 'Cancel' or 'Batal' button.
    4. Customer, in addition to entering the User ID and PIN, must also enter the numerical code generated by KeyBCA as a sign of approval for the financial transaction instruction.
    5. Any information that receives the 'Submit' or 'Kirim' confirmation from Customer which is stored at BCA data center is deemed to be the correct data received as evidence of instruction from Customer to BCA to conduct the relevant transaction, unless Customer can prove otherwise.
    6. BCA will accept and execute any instruction from Customer as a valid instruction based on the use of the User ID, PIN and KeyBCA and BCA has no obligation to examine or investigate the authenticity or validity or authority of the person using the User ID, PIN, and KeyBCA or assess and confirm the accuracy and completeness of such instruction, and therefore such instruction is deemed valid and binding on Customer, unless Customer can prove otherwise.
    7. For a transaction with today's effective date, Customer cannot cancel all transactions that have been authorized by Customer using KeyBCA and for which BCA has received the confirmation "Submit" or "Kirim" from Customer, because BCA will process the transaction on a real-time basis.
    8. For a future date transaction or transaction on a periodic basis, Customer can cancel the transaction by authorizing the cancellation using KeyBCA no later than 1 (one) calendar day before the effective date / maturity date of the relevant transaction.
    9. A future date transaction or transaction on a periodic basis will be processed on a daily basis at the start of business of each day. For a transaction on a periodic basis, if the expiration date falls on the same date as the periodic effective date specified, then the periodic transaction that falls on such expiration date will not be processed.
    10. For funds transfer to an account with another domestic bank, if the effective date of the transaction falls on a bank holiday, the transaction will be processed on the next bank day.
    11. For funds transfer between 2 (two) accounts in different currencies, the Telegraphic Transfer (TT) exchange rate applicable at BCA will be used.
    12. In respect of a specific instruction from Customer, for each successful transaction executed by BCA, Customer will obtain proof of transaction in the form of a reference number as evidence that the instruction has been executed by BCA.
    13. Customer must ensure the sufficiency of funds in Customer's account before the financial transaction instruction is executed by BCA. BCA reserves the right to not execute Customer's instruction if Customer's balance in his/her account with BCA is not sufficient.
    14. Customer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any transaction instruction. BCA is not responsible for any consequences arising from any incompleteness, obscurity of data or inaccuracy of instruction from Customer.
  3. EXCHANGE RATE
    Exchange rates, interest rates and other related information, including but not limited to, stock quotes available on BCA IB are provided only as an indication of the actual rates, quotes or information and may be changed at any time by BCA without prior notice.
  4. REGISTRATION OF MOBILE PHONE NUMBER
    1. BCA has the right to ask Customer to first register Customer's mobile phone number before Customer conducts certain transactions through BCA IB, such as registration of the beneficiary's account for funds transfer, with other domestic banks.
    2. The registration of the mobile phone number is served at ATM/ANT BCA and BCA branch offices and any other channel determined by BCA.
    3. Customer must register Customer's own mobile phone number which is active, unblocked and can receive SMS (Short Message Service) sent by BCA through cellular operators in Indonesia (within the area coverage for SMS delivery by cellular operators in Indonesia).
    4. BCA has the right to refuse registration of Customer's mobile phone number if Customer's Data cannot be verified in accordance with the provisions applicable at BCA.
    5. BCA is not responsible for the correctness of the mobile phone number registered by Customer.
    6. The mobile phone number registered by Customer will be used by BCA for delivery of certain codes from BCA which may be necessary for Customer to conduct certain transactions via BCA IB as may be notified by BCA in any form and by any means and or for delivery of any other information by BCA.
    7. Customer will be charged an SMS fee by the cellular operator for each SMS sent by BCA to Customer's mobile phone number. The fee for such SMS may vary as determined by the relevant cellular operator.
    8. Customer is fully responsible for any consequences arising in connection with:
      1. Customer's registration of his/her mobile phone number;
      2. Any delivery or non-delivery of SMS by BCA associated with the use of BCA IB to the mobile phone number registered by Customer;
      3. Any use or misuse of the code sent by BCA to the mobile phone number registered by Customer.
    9. BCA is not responsible for the confidentiality and or misuse of any information and or data sent by BCA associated with any transaction conducted by Customer through BCA IB after such information and or data is transmitted out of BCA system.
    10. If Customer no longer uses or intends to change Customer's mobile phone number that has previously been registered with BCA, then Customer must delete or update such registered mobile phone number. Such deletion or update of Customer's registered mobile phone number is served at ATM/ANT BCA and BCA branch offices and any other channel determined by BCA.
    11. Any consequences arising from Customer's negligence in conducting the deletion or update of such mobile phone number is the sole responsibility of Customer.
    12. For each registration and change of the mobile phone number, Customer will obtain an SMS notification, which will be sent to the mobile phone number that has been registered, as proof that the registration of the mobile phone number has been successully done. For such SMS delivery, Customer will be charged an SMS fee in accordance with the rate and provisions stipulated by the relevant cellular operator.
  5. REGISTRATION OF BENEFICIARY'S ACCOUNT FOR FUNDS TRANSFER
    1. Customer who wishes to transfer or remit funds to another account at BCA or other domestic banks must first register on BCA IB the account to which the funds will be transferred / remitted.
    2. At the time of registration of the transfer destination account, Customer must ensure that:
      1. The mobile phone number which has been registered by Customer as well as the mobile phone used by Customer are active;
      2. The mobile phone number is within the area coverage of SMS delivery;
      3. Customer's existing credits or limit of usage in respect of the mobile phone number are sufficient to receive an SMS;
      4. The inbox message on Customer's mobile phone is not full.
    3. For registration of the transfer destination account, Customer must use an SMS ID and a certain numerical code which will be sent by BCA to the mobile phone number which has been registered by Customer according to the instructions given by BCA.
    4. The SMS ID and the numerical code sent by BCA to the mobile phone number which has been registered by Customer can be used only on the same day as the day on which Customer conducts registration of the transfer destination account and are only valid for a single transaction.
    5. BCA will send Customer proof of successful registration of the transfer destination account to the e-mail address that has been registered by Customer, among others, the account number and name of the owner of the destination account that has been successfully registered.
  6. EVIDENCE
    1. Each transaction instruction from Customer which is stored at BCA data center in any form, including but not limited to notes, tapes/cartridges, printouts from computers/devices, communications sent electronically between BCA and Customer, constitutes valid evidence, unless Customer can prove otherwise.
    2. Customer hereby agrees that all communications and instructions from Customer received by BCA constitute admissible and valid evidence even though they are not made in writing nor made as a signed document.
  7. USER ID, PIN, KEYBCA AND CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
    1. Customer must not leave the terminal while still logged in; in other words, Customer must log out every time they leave the terminal.
    2. Customer must secure the User ID and PIN by:
      • Not disclosing the User ID and PIN to others to get a gift or for any other reason, including to family members or friends, except to conduct certain transactions that require Customer to disclose Customer's User ID, such as for the purchase of goods or services online.
      • Not writing down the User ID and PIN on a desk or terminal or store it in written form or in applications of a computer/gadget or other storage facilities that may cause such User ID and PIN to be known by others.
      • Using the User ID and PIN carefully so as not to be seen by others.
      • Not using a PIN that is given by others or which is easy to guess such as a date of birth or any combination thereof, phone number, etc
      • Using a personal computer/gadget when accessing BCA IB. Not using a computer/gadget is accessed by many people.
    3. The User ID provided by BCA is permanent and cannot be changed unless the account is closed.
    4. Customer is free to make his/her own PIN at the time of registration at BCA ATM / certain BCA EDC.
    5. Customer can make an inquiry of his/her own User ID through the registration menu on BCA IB, at BCA ATM/ certain BCA EDC machine, if Customer forgets his/her User ID.
    6. Customer shall be fully responsible for all transaction instructions that have occurred based on the use of Customer's User ID, PIN and KeyBCA, unless Customer can prove otherwise.
    7. BCA reserves the right to provide the User ID with any combination of letters and numbers without having to obtain the prior approval of Customer.
    8. Customer must immediately notify BCA if Customer's User ID and or PIN is known to other people or potentially misused. All transaction instructions made based on the use of the User ID, PIN and KeyBCA that have occurred before BCA authorized officer receives such written notice are the sole responsibility of Customer.
    9. If Customer has his/her BCA ATM Card replaced by reason of loss/damage, upon obtaining the new BCA ATM Card, Customer can directly log in using the old User ID. However, the first time Customer logs in, Customer will be required to change his/her PIN.
  8. LIMIT
    1. Here is the limit on financial transactions:
      Description of Transaction Amount
      Transfer from Rupiah Account to another Rupiah Account Rp 100 million per day per User ID.
      Transfer from Rupiah Account to Foreign Currency Account Equivalent to Rp 15 million per day per User ID (which is part of the Rp 100 million limit)
      Transfer from Foreign Currency Account to Rupiah Account Equivalent to Rp 100 million per day per User ID
      Transfer from Foreign Currency Account to another Foreign Currency Account with the same currency
      Payment According to the amount of the bill
      Purchase of Mobile Phone Top Up/Reload Rp 1.1 million per day per User ID (incl. VAT). This Limit is a combined limit on the purchase of mobile phone top up through the ATM/ Mobile Banking/SMS.
    2. The above transaction limit is separate from the limit of BCA ATM Card used to register for BCA IB BCA, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change at any time the limit on each transaction.
  9. ELECTRONIC MAIL ("E-MAIL")
    1. The E-Mail address registered by Customer when first logging in to BCA IB will be used by BCA to send information on the transactions that haves been conducted by Customer through BCA IB
    2. BCA will only send information to the E-Mail address that has been confirmed by Customer to BCA and BCA is not responsible for the correctness of the E-Mail address and for the delivery of data and information addressed to such E-Mail address.
    3. BCA does not guarantee the security of information or data sent to BCA via an E-Mail that is not contained on BCA IB menu, which is not in a secure format that is approved or determined by BCA.
  10. FEE AND AUTHORIZATION TO DEBIT CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT
    1. BCA has the right to debit a monthly administration fee (if any) and the transaction fee charged for the use of BCA IB facility and for any transaction conducted through BCA IB.
    2. BCA has the right, at its sole discretion, to change, increase or impose any fee payable by Customer for the use of BCA IB facility.
    3. Customer hereby authorizes BCA to debit Customer's account with BCA for all transactions instructed by Customer to BCA through BCA IB and for the payment of a monthly administration fee (if any) as well as any transaction fees for the use of BCA IB facility.
    4. The authorization mentioned above shall not terminate for any reason, including for the reasons referred to in Articles 1813, 1814, and 1816 of the Civil Code until all Customer's obligations to BCA under these Terms and Conditions of BCA IB have been fulfilled.
  11. BLOCKAGE OF USER ID
    1. Customer's User ID will be blocked if any of the following occurs:
      • Customer enters the wrong PIN three (3) times in a row at the time of login.
      • Customer enters the wrong figures from KeyBCA 3 (three) times in a row when conducting a transaction.
      • Customer reports the loss of his/her BCA ATM Card.
      • Customer reports that his/her User ID and or PIN is known or misused by others.
      • The result of an investigation by BCA indicates that there is possibility that Customer's User ID and PIN has been known or misused by others.
    2. In the event of the blockage of the User ID, Customer must contact Halo BCA and re-register for the BCA IB.
  12. FORCE MAJEURE
    Customer hereby holds BCA harmless from any claims and lawsuits of any nature in the event that BCA fails to execute the instruction from Customer either in whole or in part due to events or causes beyond the control or the ability of BCA, including but not limited to natural disaster, war, riot, equipment breakdown, system or transmission failure, power outage, telecommunications interruption, government policy, and other occurrences or causes beyond the control or the ability of BCA to cope with.
  13. TERMINATION OF FACILITY
    BCA IB facility will automatically terminate if Customer terminates the use of the BCA ATM Card that is used by Customer to register for BCA IB facility or if Customer closes all accounts connected with his/her BCA ATM Card.
  14. TERMS FOR KEYBCA
    Customer hereby agrees to be bound by and comply with the terms for KeyBCA as stipulated by BCA as well as any amendments there to which will be notified to Customer by any means.
  15. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
    1. In the event of any dispute arising from or in relation to the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions of BCA IB, BCA and Customer agree to settle the dispute amicably to reach a consensus. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, BCA and Customer hereby agree to settle the dispute through the Central Jakarta District Court, without prejudice to the right of BCA to file a lawsuit or other claims through other District Courts in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
    2. BCA has the right to at any time modify, supplement or replace these Terms and Conditions of BCA IB, which will be notified by BCA to Customer in any form and by any means in accordance with the laws in force.
    3. By using BCA IB facility, Customer hereby agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of BCA IB and the terms for KeyBCA as well as their future amendments, which will be notified by BCA to Customer in any form and by any means.
    4. Customer can view or download KlikBCA Individual user guidance on BCA website, at www.bca.co.id.
  1. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as "BCA") will provide KeyBCA at the request of the prospective KeyBCA holder, provided that the prospective KeyBCA holder:
    1. Has any of the following accounts:
      • Tahapan
      • Tapres
      • Giro (current account)
      • BCA DOLLAR
    2. Has registered for any of the following: BCA Internet Banking facility, BCA by Phone and other electronic delivery channels (hereinafter called "BCA Electronic Banking Facility").
    3. Has a KTP (Resident's ID Card) / SIM (Driver's license) / Passport.
    4. Has paid the administration fee for the KeyBCA application in accordance with the rate to be notified in advance by BCA to prospective KeyBCA holders in any form and by any means. The fee will be directly debited from the prospective KeyBCA holder's account. The prospective KeyBCA holder hereby authorizes BCA to debit the prospective KeyBCA holder's account with an amount equal to the administration fee. This authorization shall not terminate as long as the KeyBCA holder still has outstanding obligations due to BCA.
  2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KEYBCA HOLDERS
    In consideration of the provision of KeyBCA by BCA, Customer who holds KeyBCA (hereinafter called "KeyBCA Holder") shall adhere to the following terms and conditions:
    1. KeyBCA is at all times the property of BCA and must be immediately returned to BCA at the request of BCA.
    2. KeyBCA must be used only for the benefit of KeyBCA Holder and is not transferable in any way.
    3. KeyBCA must not be used for purposes other than for transactions as determined by BCA
    4. KeyBCA Holder must maintain KeyBCA in good working condition including but not limited to replacing the battery if KeyBCA indicates that immediate battery replacement is necessary. The battery replacement cost is borne by KeyBCA Holder.
    5. BCA will provide KeyBCA Holder with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the KeyBCA.
    6. KeyBCA Holder must at all times use its best endeavour to keep the confidentiality of the KeyBCA PIN by:
      • Not disclosing the PIN to any other people.
      • Not writing the PIN on a desk, mobile phone or store it in a written form or in computer applications/gadgets or any other storage facility that may cause such PIN to be known by others.
    7. Any consequences of the misuse of the PIN is the sole responsibility of KeyBCA Holder. KeyBCA BCA Holder hereby holds BCA harmless from any claims arising from any other party or KeyBCA Holder himself/herself as a result of such misuse of the PIN.
    8. BCA will accept and execute any instruction from KeyBCA Holder as a valid instruction based on the use of KeyBCA and therefore BCA has no obligation to examine or investigate the authenticity or validity or the authority of the KeyBCA user or to assess and prove the accuracy and completeness of such instruction and therefore such instruction is binding on the KeyBCA Holder, unless KeyBCA Holder can prove otherwise.
    9. KeyBCA will be blocked if KeyBCA Holder incorrectly enters the PIN 3 (three) times in a row.
    10. In the event KeyBCA is blocked because the PIN is incorrectly entered 3 (three) times in a row, KeyBCA Holder can contact Halo BCA to have the KeyBCA unblocked.
    11. In the event KeyBCA is stolen or lost, KeyBCA holder must immediately notify such theft or loss to the nearest BCA branch office during BCA business hours accompanied by a written statement signed by KeyBCA holder in a form and substance acceptable to BCA. If KeyBCA holder cannot directly come to BCA branch office, the theft or loss can be notified to Halo BCA. KeyBCA holder must submit a statement requesting a blockage to BCA not later than 2 (two) BCA business days after the notice of such theft or loss. As long as the notice has not been received by BCA, BCA is not responsible for any transactions conducted with the missing or stolen KeyBCA and Customer cannot request for a new KeyBCA.
    12. If KeyBCA is damaged, KeyBCA Holder must notify BCA and deliver the damaged KeyBCA for replacement.
    13. The KeyBCA administration fee for either new KeyBCA application or replacement for the damaged, lost or stolen KeyBCA is in accordance with the rate to be notified in advance by BCA to KeyBCA Holder in any form and by any means.
    14. If KeyBCA Holder incorrectly enters the Response Code 3 (three) times in a row on BCA Electronic Banking Facility, then the relevant BCA Electronic Banking Facility will be blocked.
    15. If BCA Electronic Banking Facility is blocked because KeyBCA Holder has incorrectly entered the Response Code 3 (three) times in a row, then KeyBCA Holder can contact Halo BCA to have the relevant BCA Electronic Banking Facility unblocked.
    16. All transactions conducted using KeyBCA, shall be the sole responsibility of KeyBCA Holder.
    17. Any complaint and/or objection from KeyBCA Holder will be duly responded to when such complaint and/or objection with regard to the use of KeyBCA is filed with BCA within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of the transaction.
    18. KeyBCA Holder may use KeyBCA only to authorize transactions as described in Section B.3 hereof as long as KeyBCA Holder has sufficient funds in his/her account with BCA.
    19. For holders of a joint current account as well as joint Tahapan account for which the withdrawal can be made by either account holder (joint account with the 'or' status), then BCA will provide KeyBCA only to one of the account holders as agreed by both account holders.
    20. Customer shall hold BCA harmless from any claims and lawsuits of any nature in the event BCA fails to execute any instruction from KeyBCA Holder, either in part or in whole, due to events or causes beyond the control or the ability of BCA, including but not limited to natural disaster, war, riot, system malfunction or transmission failure, damage to and/or malfunction of KeyBCA and/or BCA Electronic Banking Facility, power outage, telecommunications disruption, government policy, and other occurrences or causes beyond the control or ability of BCA to cope with.
    21. BCA has the right to at any time block, cancel, recall or upgrade KeyBCA and/or block the account of KeyBCA Holder if KeyBCA Holder is no longer in compliance with the terms and conditions for KeyBCA Holders.
    22. If KeyBCA Holder no longer wishes to use KeyBCA, KeyBCA Holder must notify BCA in writing of such intention and return such KeyBCA to BCA. The termination of the use of such KeyBCA shall be effective as from the receipt by BCA of KeyBCA and the written termination notice of the use KeyBCA signed by the relevant KeyBCA Holder.
    23. While the KeyBCA status is "missing", "broken", "closed", or "non-active", KeyBCA Holder can still conduct transactions on BCA Electronic Banking Facility in the same condition as a customer who does not have the KeyBCA.
    24. Any use of KeyBCA after the death of KeyBCA Holder, if any, is the responsibility of the legal heirs of the KeyBCA Holder.
    25. The use of KeyBCA is subject to the terms and rules existing at BCA and the terms and conditions governing all facilities and transactions covered by KeyBCA, including any future amendments thereto, which will be notified in advance by BCA in any form and by any means.
    26. BCA has the right to at any time modify, supplement or replace these terms and conditions for KeyBCA Holders, which will be notified by BCA to KeyBCA Holder in any form and by any means. Any such amendments to these terms and conditions for KeyBCA Holders will be binding on KeyBCA Holder.
    27. Evidence:
      • KeyBCA Holder agrees to not contest the validity, correctness or authenticity of any proof of transactions using KeyBCA and/or BCA Electronic Banking Facility and/or electronically transmitted communications between the two parties, including documents in the form of records stored in a computer/gadget or proof of transactions stored at BCA, tapes/cartridges, printouts from a computer/gadget, copies or other forms of information storage existing at BCA and to admit that the above constitutes the only valid proof of transactions executed by BCA based on the instructions using KeyBCA and/or through BCA Electronic Banking Facility, unless KeyBCA Holder can prove otherwise.
      • By conducting transactions using KeyBCA and/or through BCA Electronic Banking Facility, KeyBCA Holder shall acknowledge that all communications and instructions received by BCA from KeyBCA Holder will be treated as valid evidence even though they are not made in writing nor issued as a signed document.
      • The use of the PIN on KeyBCA shall have the same legal force as a written instruction signed by KeyBCA Holder.
