Continuously Committed to the Highest Quality Standards, BCA Successfully Maintains ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Jakarta, 15 March, 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has just successfully maintained the ISO 9001:2015 certification with zero findings for the consumer credit business performance category in 2024. Maintaining ISO certification is a manifestation of BCA's commitment to implementing a quality management system to provide quality assurance of consumer credit services to customers.

Dini Niwantari, BCA's Vice President Consumer Loan, said, "The success of BCA's Housing Loans (KPR) is reflected in the high quality of service provided to customers. The excellent service is realized through the development of digitalization in every process to accelerate services provided to customers, including utilizing various types of communication media adjusted to customer needs."

Dini Niwantari emphasized that ISO certification for KPR BCA demonstrates quality standards in every stage of operations, especially in the KPR realization process. This standardization includes the preparation of documents required during the loan contract until the realization of the loan to minimize errors that can make customers uncomfortable. 

The action is in line with BCA's efforts to continue to improve the quality of service to customers and provide an optimal transaction experience through a variety of banking service innovations based on the updated technological developments.

2022 will be the second year KPR BCA has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. Since the first certification was in 2019, KPR BCA has had a vision of running high-quality operational processes to support BCA's consumer credit as the first choice of the community. In order to maintain this certification, the company is required to follow a similar process every 3 years by participating in surveillance audits every other year. This continuity not only reflects BCA's commitment to maintain service quality but also gives customers confidence that the bank continues to meet the highest standards in the financial industry.

In addition to ISO 9001:2015, BCA has also received a number of recognitions and certifications from reputable institutions for its high-quality operations. In early 2023, BCA obtained ISO 20000:1-2018 for the service management system of the data center and IT operation management. The company also received a Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessment (TVRA) certificate for the physical and data security of its data center infrastructure. Finally, at the end of 2023, BCA won dozens of prestigious awards from the Global Contact Center World Awards (GGCWA) 2023 and The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) for the quality of Halo BCA services.
