Jakarta, 9 March 2024 – In commemoration of Nyepi Day Saka New Year 1946, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) announced that BCA branch office services will be closed on 11 and 12 March 2024. This adjustment follows the holiday and public leave schedule set by the government.
During this period, customers can still enjoy BCA banking services anywhere and anytime through the myBCA application, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA ATMs. BCA branch office service will resume normally on March 13th, 2024.
BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja stated, “Today, banking from anywhere has become a standard in banking services. Therefore, customers can still access BCA’s 24-hour banking services during the Nyepi Day holiday period, through various digital channels provided. Additionally, customers can also utilize the cardless feature in the BCA mobile and myBCA applications, enabling customers to deposit and withdraw cash at BCA ATMs without carrying an ATM card.”
For customers who require a new account opening during Nyepi holiday, it can be accessed online through the BCA mobile and myBCA applications. Customers can also access the Lifestyle feature on BCA mobile to book and pay for airplane tickets, trains, movie theaters, tour packages to Desa Bakti BCA, and various attractions and recreation.
BCA also urges its customers to always be cautious of various fraud schemes claiming as BCA. Always keep your banking data confidential!
