Jakarta, September 7, 2021 – The declining trend of the COVID-19 positivity rate in Indonesia brings good news for various economic sectors in Indonesia which are expected to slowly start to rise and the MSME entrepreneurs who are one of the Indonesian economic’s activators during pandemic. Understanding these conditions, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) as a financial institution establish a synergy with PT Pembangunan Jaya to facilitate stall rental financing for the MSME entrepreneurs at Pasar Senen Shopping Center Block 1 & 2.
In order to support the government's program to promote MSME entrepreneurs and ease the burden on them, one of BCA’s supports is to provide financing facilities, so that MSME can return to work at stalls, both offline and online. The collaboration between BCA and PT Pembangunan Jaya has been going on since July 2021.

The form of financing cooperation carried out by BCA is the provision of special interest rates starting from 6.00% p.a. with the program period until December 31, 2021. This offer is valid for various tenors ranging from 2 years to maximum up to 5 years.
The Cooperation Developer Investment Credit Program owned by BCA is a solution for businessmen to find a right business location. BCA has collaborated with more than 50 Developers to facilitate financing for the purchase of commercial properties (warehouses, shophouses, SOHO, offices, apartments) to the businessmen. For prospective customers who want to apply for credit, they can come directly to the nearest BCA branch office.
“There is a special interest for businessmen who want to have a stall at the Pasar Senen Shopping Center Block 1 & 2, which is expected to help in stall ownership and facilitate MSME business.
