Despite limited mobility, BCA stays committed to providing #BankingFromHome services through BCA electronic banking channels such as BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and access to 17,634 ATM BCA networks. While #diRumahAja, BCA customers can still perform transfer transactions between accounts and interbank transfers up to Rp250 million per day using KlikBCA Individu.
Meanwhile, customers can make cash deposit or withdrawals through BCA Deposit-Withdrawal ATMs – there are 9,822 of them across the nation. They can also enjoy Cardless Cash Withdrawal feature, accessible through BCA and Sakuku.
BCA also introduced its new digital banking expansion, myBCA, a mobile banking application that simplifies customer access to all accounts as one portfolio using BCA ID, as well as other new interesting facilities.
