KeyBCA Updated Administration Fees

As a bank that is continuously innovating, BCA is well-aware of this and provides KeyBCA as an added feature to ensure the safety of all customers when using BCA internet banking services, such as KlikBCA.

The KeyBCA is a token-based authentication that generates a unique password every time a transaction is made. Now, all payment transactions – funds transfer, bill payment, or balance purchase – have never been easier and safer.

To improve KlikBCA services, BCA imposed the updated administration fees, with details as follows:

  • Administration Fee for New KeyBCA Application Rp25,000
  • KeyBCA Replacement Fee during the Warranty Period: Free*
  • KeyBCA Replacement Fee after the Warranty Period or due to customer negligence: Rp50,000

*Important Information about KeyBCA Warranty

KeyBCA warranty period is 6 (six) months since KeyBCA is connected and ready to use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, such as empty battery, blank or error screen, unresponsive keypad, etc.

Meanwhile, any physical damages to the KeyBCA, such as broken screen, cracked case, or KeyBCA has been opened, etc, then the warranty is void.
