How to Pay Phone Bill via myBCA

You can pay your phone bill using the “Payment & Topup” feature on the myBCA homepage. Here are the steps to do it:

  1. Log in to myBCA by entering your BCA ID and Password. Select the “Payment & Topup” feature, select Telkom with the phone logo.
  2. Select the fund source account whose balance will be used to pay the bill.
  3. Select the name of the service provider.
  4. Enter the area code number and phone number you want to pay
  5. Review the information shown on the screen, such as the fund source account, phone number, bill amount, and total payment. For this transaction, a Telkom admin fee of IDR2,500 per transaction will apply.
  6. Confirm the payment by entering your myBCA PIN
  7. Payment is successful and save the proof of transaction on your mobile phone.
