How to Reset BCA ID Password If You Forgot It

BCA ID and password are required to log in to myBCA or haloBCA. If you have forgotten your BCA ID password, you can reset your password. Resetting BCA ID Password can be done directly through myBCA or the haloBCA app.

How to Reset Password via myBCA

If you need to reset your myBCA password, do the following steps.

  1. Open the myBCA app
  2. Select Reset Password found under the password field. If your BCA ID is blocked, call Halo BCA at 1500888 or via the haloBCA app to unblock it. After that, you can reset the password.
  3. Enter your BCA ID and ATM card number, and click Continue
  4. Enter the new password, repeat it, then click Continue. Create a password that you can remember easily, but is difficult for others to guess.
  5. Enter PIN to confirm password change
  6. The password has been successfully changed

To ensure that the new password is correct, log in with the BCA ID and new password. If it is successful, it means that the reset has been successful and can be used to access myBCA or the haloBCA app.

Besides myBCA, you can also reset your password through the haloBCA app using the same method.
