How to Activate and Manage OneKlik on myBCA

OneKlik users can now activate and manage their accounts more easily through myBCA. Among other things, you can set a daily limit of up to a maximum of 3 million IDR per day which is for accumulated use at all OneKlik merchants. This means that the limit can be adjusted according to your personal needs.

For your information, OneKlik is a payment service used for online shopping and e-wallet top-ups on merchant websites and applications partnering with BCA. As of 2024, there are already more than 20 merchants that support payment services using OneKlik.

How to Manage OneKlik Service on myBCA App

OneKlik service activation can be done on the myBCA app. In addition, you can also enjoy other conveniences from myBCA such as changing the fund source and daily limit, blocking and unblocking, and deleting OneKlik account(s).

How to Activate OneKlik

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select “My Account”
  3. Select “Account Control”
  4. Select “Manage OneKlik”
  5. Select the OneKlik account you want to activate in the Activate Account section
  6. Select Fund Source
  7. Check the information of OneKlik account activation, click “Continue”
  8. Read the OneKlik Product Information and OneKlik Terms, click “Continue”
  9. Enter PIN, your OneKlik is now active

How to Manage OneKlik Daily Limit

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select “My Account”
  3. Select “Account Control”
  4. Select “Manage OneKlik”
  5. Select Card, then click “Set Limits”
  6. Set the Daily Limit you prefer, click “Continue”
  7. Confirm OneKlik daily limit, click “Continue”
  8. Enter PIN, limit change is successful

How to Change OneKlik Fund Source

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select “My Account”
  3. Select “Account Control”
  4. Select “Manage OneKlik”
  5. Select the OneKlik account of your choice in the registered Accounts section
  6. In the Fund Source section, click “Change”
  7. Select a new fund source account, click “Continue”
  8. Confirm the new fund source account, click “Continue”
  9. Enter PIN, fund source account has been successfully changed

How to Temporarily Block OneKlik

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select “My Account”
  3. Select “Account Control”
  4. Select “Manage OneKlik”
  5. Select the OneKlik account of your choice in the Registered Accounts section
  6. Select “Temporary Block”
  7. Confirm the OneKlik account you want to temporarily block, click “Continue”
  8. Enter PIN, your OneKlik account has been temporarily blocked

How to Unblock OneKlik

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select “My Account”
  3. Select “Account Control”
  4. Select “Manage OneKlik”
  5. Select the blocked OneKlik account in the Registered Account section
  6. Select “Unblock”
  7. Confirm the OneKlik account to unblock, click “Continue”
  8. Enter PIN, your OneKlik account has be reactivated

How to Delete OneKlik Account

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select “My Account”
  3. Select “Account Control”
  4. Select “Manage OneKlik”
  5. Select the OneKlik account of your choice in the Registered Accounts section
  6. Select “Delete Account”
  7. Confirm the OneKlik account you want to delete, click “Continue”
  8. Enter PIN, OneKlik account has been deleted
