The good news is the Contactless feature is not only available on BCA UnionPay, JCB, AMEX Credit Cards, but also on BCA Visa Corporate Credit Cards and JCB Black Cards. The main characteristic of credit cards with the Contactless feature is they have a Contactless logo resembling a signal wave on the front and back of the cards.

Simple, isn’t it? Transactions using BCA Credit Cards with Contactless feature on EDC machines with a contactless logo make it easier for your payment needs. Just place your BCA Credit Card near an EDC machine with a contactless logo, transactions will be done faster.
The maximum amount of a contactless transaction is ruled based on each country’s regulations. For domestic transactions, the maximum amount of BCA Credit Card contactless transactions without a PIN is up to Rp1.000.000 million/transaction. Meanwhile, a PIN is mandatory for any transaction above Rp1.000.000 million. The maximum accumulated amount of contactless transactions is Rp10.000.000 or maximum 20 transactions per day. If the maximum limit is surpassed, BCA Credit Card transactions will require contact and PIN.
